The Double Order Catastrophe
My co-worker placed an order and wasn't sure it went through online. I later placed the same order thinking the previous order didn't go through. To my surprise both orders went through, and I needed to cancel one of the orders. I called and spoke with someone who instructed me someone would contact me about the situation. I was contacted by Misty and she said she would do her best to cancel one of the orders but not sure if she could because they were next day orders. A small tome later I received an email saying she was able to cancel one of the orders. Thank you to Misty and the entire Propel Parts Team. Greatly appreciated!!

Had a great experience with ordering correct engine gaskets for our 3208 caterpillar engine
Part incorrectly priced on website.
I placed and order for a part from their website with no problem. A few hours later I received an email from Deb in customer service. Deb said they have the part in stock but not for the price I paid. Deb said I had two options which were to get a refund or pay double the amount that I placed the order for. At the time I received the email from Deb the part I ordered was still showing in stock for the price I agreed to. Deb said it was a rare occurrence that their website showed incorrect prices. I felt duped and misled by their website.

She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

I’m grateful I found this company! They answer the phone every time plus the parts are packaged very well!! Even the angriest mailman couldn’t damage your parts! lol The parts showed up as planned and for being aftermarket the quality seems to be good!! The warranty is the same as CAT. Thank you Daniel!!!
