Didn't know this service existed
Didn't know this service existed, but it's been really helpful. The singular criticism would be that I ignored the initial email as I thought it was a scam. The email didn't explain immediately what it was and the real estate hadn't been clear so I wasn't expecting the email - just a mix up I guess.

I Requested an amount and i was told that would be ok (less than half of my available equity). Then I was given 1/8 of the amount.. the lady on the phone even said "just sell your house for less then" absolutely poor service
