I am so disappointed using their services. I have made an enquiry for one of their properties however no-one came back to me therefore I have decided to make another enquiry and call them. I had so many fake promises someone will be back to me with further details and date for a viewing, but even discussing the problem with their manager who’s said I am on his list and he will definitely contact me by the end of the day, well I still haven’t heard back from them. They were keep saying they are unable to contact the vendor for several days. Also as far as they found out we have a valuation from a different agency they’ve tried to convince me nobody will pay this amount of money for our house without even checking how it looks like. They are so unprofessional and I would never recommend them or using their services.

Property Fox agent Alice Mlambo showed us an apartment that we liked, and upon signing the lease and going for handover, she and her colleague gave us a completely different apartment that was not only dirty but had broken cabinets and sliding doors. In our eyes, Alice tricked us into signing a lease by showing us a good apartment knowing that the one she would ultimately give to us was not up to standard. We then had to fight with them to get our refund. When the manager Ezelle Saunders eventually sent the proof of payment, we realised she had paid the wrong person! I am shocked at the incompetence and lack of accountability show, even by the CEO Crispin Inglis who called us to admit they were wrong but made no attempt to ensure we received an apology or a refund.

I'm happy with the service received, for me the key is reliability and taking small tasks off my hands. With a portfolio it's good to have Bernard assisting take care of things if and when needed

I recently tried to buy a house with property fox, my wife and I walked into the house and immediately fell in love with the place. We were the first people at the open house, and as we went in, we immediately said we would take the house. We pushed our forms in immediately and started the process. The next day we got a contract that was very confusing and incorrect, we tried calling them to explain and fix the contract, they just said the lady that works with things like that was in Capetown and they were working with the problem and it would be sorted out. A day later we were told that suddenly someone else had also put in a offer, someone that was known by someone in the company. The other person has a house in the complex and he is now also interested. We asked them to please get our paperwork in before him as we were first. They never had the audacity to call me about the problem with my contract, or that I was not able to get a full loan at sa home loans. We had a pre aproval at ooba, and that was ignored. The following day they simply told us that we were now second in line and we need to sign a contract stating that if his loan does not go through then we would be next in line. We feel that the way we have been treated was unfair, we missed an opportunity for the house of our dream because of incompetence. The girl that was doing our deal was very new, and she tried to help, but the people who were in charge of her just pushed her into making all the mistakes. This place only has money or buddy buddy mentality and not the customer at heart. There is no words that can explain how I feel and how upset we are. Finding a property in secunda that suits our needs is impossible. Houses here are extremely expensive, and most are in such a state, the people are so money motivated that when new developments come up there are no Yards, the more crap houses they can fit into a area the better. I have been seeking a house for over 7 months now, and when I finally found a place I would be able to call home I was butt f*~"Ed. I am furious at how people who aren't rich investors get treated. You guessed it, it is not the first time I have been screwed over by rich investors. Give a man a chance. I'm very upset how I was treated by this company.

The agent went to so much trouble to capture the true essence of the property in the pictures and the accurate info on the stats. There was no misleading on the state of the market or the availability of buyers. The service was quick, the overall experience pleasant.

I have found that a Company's biggest assets are the people that work within/for them.

To experience proper customer care, reliability, efficiency, and professionalism with commitment and purpose from persons attending to business is what results in all round success.

Work's hard at finding the most suitable candidates for the Sale/Lease of the property. WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH PROPERTY FOX BUT DO NOT USE THEIR ATTORNEYS FOR THE TRANSFER, USE YOUR OWN ATTORNEY.
WE ENDED UP HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THEIR LAWYERS. OUR HOUSE WAS SOLD IN JULY 2019, SEEING AS THEIR LAWYERS TOOK ABSOLUTELY LONG TO GET MOVING, WE ENDED UP MOVING OUT OF THE HOUSE IN NOVEMBER 2019. THESE LAWYERS GAVE THE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CITY OF JOBURG TO TRANSFER THE MONEY OWED TO US (THE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE DEPOSIT). IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS FOR THESE LAWYERS TO GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION, THIS HAPPENED BEFORE THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC. DUE TO THIS ISSUE, CITY OF JOBURG NEEDS US TO GO TO BRAAMFONTEIN REFUNDS DEPARTMENT TO GET THE MONEY, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR MONEY AND THESE LAWYERS SHOW NO EFFORT IN ASSISTING US. WE REGRET OPTING TO USE PROPERTY FOXES ATTORNEYS. HOWEVER THANKS TO PROPERTY FOX, OUR HOUSE WAS SOLD BY THE SECOND PERSON WHO VIEWED IT. JUST DO NOT USE THEIR ATTORNEY.
