Once again I have been happy using PropertyNow for selling my property.
Once again I have been happy using PropertyNow to sell an apartment jointly owned by my daughter and myself. My daughter was impressed with our easy it was. We received the price we were expecting and no agent’s commission.
It was easy arranging convenient times with both the tenant and the prospective buyer. PropertyNow were very prompt in arranging a photographer for us and drawing up the floorplan which greatly assists in generating interest.

Great experience, Great Platform

Great platform with everything needed…
Great platform and system to help find tenants and manage applications , tenant checks etc.
We found tenants quickly each time. The system has also got all the forms required for lease contracts, and Information about what the normal process is. Highly recommend!

Save yourself the cost of agent commissions and sell your own bloody house! It's not hard to sell your own home using the same platforms the agents use via PropertyNow. Don't let agents tell you you cant do it! PropertyNow has all the support you need or don't need, so if you try them and need agent services, they have them all available too. It only costs 1k to try! You'd be mad not to give it a go if you have a pair..

Cheap good sell for a UNIQUE property
I spent a total of $2000 selling a unique property really well with the help of Property Now. They had good info, a good package that suited me, linked me up with a good photographer and were a pleasure to deal with.
Property was almost off grid, on an island and permaculture with lots of colour: not beige suburb!
I saved so much by using them AND sold to the right person who will love this place. Because I had the knowledge & passion that no real estate person would have had. It all went so smooth!

BEST DECISION EVER - dont waste your money on agents
PropertyNow - the best decision I ever made. I had never sold something on my own before. They saved me thousands. They were helpful and supportive from the outset - great advice, guidance, support, experience, information.... and all done swiftly and professionally. I cannot fault them.
