Unprofessional, unresponsive unless they need money
I'm very confused about the real work that gets done at Property Partners. After three years of living at one of their property complex' I've never been visited or bumped into their staff. They charge extortionate amounts of money should you want to view CCTV footage because their buildings are incredibly low security and parcels are stolen continuously. As well as the "secure" parking underground is anything but secure. With the shutter being broken for a month and nothing changing.
They send a fire Marshall every year or so to do checks, urging you to stay at home "someone must be present" only for the Marshall to not show up. Imagine taking a day off work for that sort of nonsense. Incredibly unprofessional.

Absolutely awful - never experienced anything like jt
Absolutely awful. Been living in a damp and mouldy flat with mould flies since November (now nearly the end of June) and paying £1100 … disgusting. They can’t be bothered to sort it out and blame the contractor for being unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Con artists!

Very annoying and disappointing
I live in one of the apartment that the company is managing. It has been 6 months that the lift is out of order... I am cycling to work everyday and need to carry up and down the bike.
I received one update in August, since then they remain silent. Such a disappointing and poor managment. Probably should stop to pay the managment fees.

Very efficient, proactive and responsive
I have been with them for one year and my experience has been nothing short of delightful. The quick response to sorting issues is a model for other property managers to emulate. Really and truly, it has been my best experience yet.

Thankfully we have new managing agents
Tried to bill me £750 for a non-job by their useless contractors who failed to spot a drainage problem that Stevie Wonder would have noticed in a few seconds, resulting in me having to employ my own contractor to fix a problem they were being paid to manage, Experts in buck-passing and obfuscation. Thankfully we have new managing agents.

I can highly recommend the Property Partners to any landlord looking to Sell their property or looking for a good tenant. Ebru and her team were very thorough and efficient and I felt confident with the sale of our flat, we were being managed well on my behalf from start to finish. By far the most efficient estate agency firm I have encountered on a sale to date.
