Property Solvers Avis

All round fantastic service. Ruben is very insightful of the market, provided plenty of useful information, didn't push me at any point and I would gladly use their services again

Ruben at Property Solvers was very efficient, helpful and quick to respond to my enquiry. He answered all my questions and was straightforward with his advice. He followed up any questions and I would happily recommend contacting Property Services to find out options for selling your property.

Excellent customer service and really appreciate the support

Outstanding service from start to finish. Achieved well over reserve pricing at auction.

Would recommend strongly and use again without any hesitation.

Thank you so much Jane and property solvers.

Claire went out of her way to communicate quickly and clearly about my options for selling my studio flat. Whilst the company couldn’t quite offer the price I needed, I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful service from Claire. She talked through how auction would work and made that more possible in my mind. Her info helped me make the best decision I could, and gave me confidence in what I was doing, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend property solvers if you are starting in the journey for selling and not sure what information you need. Thank you Claire,

My experience with property Solvers could not have been better. From the advice given and being kept updated all the way through. After describing my property I was advised to sell through an auction, and ended up getting more than I thought possible. So thank you Claire and Jane for the service provided.

Ruban and all the staff have been great at Property Solvers, would highly recommend!

Ruban and Jane are the most trustworthy and helpful team I have dealt with in the estate business.

Ruban is a gentleman and helped me from the start of my property search. Very understanding and considerate.

Thanks guys!

Ruban at Property Solvers could not have been more helpful about my problem property. It was easy to have a clear and professional conversation in which I was told exactly how the company work and the processes that are taken when selling your property.

Ruban collected all relevant legal documents and forwarded them to the companies legal team.

Unfortunately my property was not one that could be acquired by the company (which I was expecting) but Ruban spent a fair amount of time explaining to me about the processes I could take to move my situation on. I was really impressed with the time and knowledge shared and would not hesitate to recommend people towards this company.

A seamless transaction from start to finish. Staff ( Jane and Claire) extremely helpful, they were able to answer all our concerns.
I would recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent service every time,Nothing is too much bother. Very kind and caring and go beyond what they should do.Profesional and caring company.Would strongly recommend.

Worked with these guys and definitely recommend them. If you don't want cash sale at a lower price they have other options where you can get more money but you'll have to wait longer - nowhere near what you'll have to wait for with an estate agent though.
