Propertytransformer Avis

After weeks of trying to source someone to respray my bath panel which had gone very discoloured I came across Mark, who responded promptly , gave me a price and kept me informed of time and day he would do the job . Mark and his son were polite, tidy and did an amazing job on the bath panel saving us the upset of having to change the bath panel and disturb the tiling. I would highly recommend Mark and his team with no hesitation to use them again .

Sadly my experience with Property Transformer has not been a good one.

My kitchen spray left lots of my furniture and ornaments in the firing line of the over spray.

One door was not coated properly which I reported immediately. They never returned as promised to fix. Two years on having booked to have a repair and touch ups done. 5 times cancelled with various excuses. I totally give up and would not recommend Property Transformers to anyone. The after care is non existent.

And sadly they now choose to lie through their teeth about what actually happened!

They did NOT spend two hours covering my things and they rushed the job. Plus IF they did cover my furniture properly why is it covered???

I did NOT get a reduced price!

They cancelled numerous times to come back and fix the damage and that was after ignoring me!

Unbelievable

Omg you cancelled all the appointments, not me. I only re-arranged one due to going to hospital!

My furniture clearly was NOT covered properly. I even have a film of spray on my window.

Yes I did pay in full on the day and straight away got in touch about a problem to be told it would be sorted. Over a year later having heard nothing from you and when there was now further damage, suggesting the job wasn't so good in the first place, after several attempts to get you back to fix it, at my cost and after various excuses, the last one being the weather (which was beautiful all day here) I GIVE UP

Now please just drop it!

Great service from Proertytransformer from start to finish. Prompt response to any queries I had before booking them and great price saved me replacing my front door and windows. Mark and his team member arrived on time really professional did a great job no mess. I’m so pleased looks like I have new windows and door at front of the house. Will definitely have Mark and his team back to do the back of the house then the conservatory.

I liked the fact it was clear pricing, totally flexible on colours, a ten year guarantee and easy communication. I’d picked a colour and they gave me great advice to steer me to a lighter one, and they were bang on, it’s perfect. They’ve transformed some built in wardrobes that are completely useful and functional but were really old fashioned looking, and would have probably cost me 5x the amount to replace at least. Very professional, very efficient, great job thanks.

Excellent communication from quote right through to completion of the job. We had our windows sprayed and I'm really pleased with the finish and how smart they have made the house now look.
Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left each night.
Would recommend to my friends and family.

Great experience. Easy to book and got a good quote. Came and completed the job as agreed. Happy with the work completed. Thankyou.

We booked Mark to come and spray paint my pebble dash on the front of our house and to also spray all of my widows, facias and gutters.Mark was very professional in replying back to us straight away with a quotation for the cost of the job. From the beginning to the end of the project the communication with mark was excellent ,and from the minute he arrived and started the job his work ethic was second to none he never stopped just got on with the job. I can honestly say our expectations was far better than we expected, everything he sprayed he's made look like we have had brand new . Very neat and tidy worker no mess at all . We would highly recommend Mark and will definitely use Marks company and services again in the future .
