My experience with PropGate has been extremely disappointing.
I paid over $4,000 for their service, expecting professional account management. Instead, I experienced weeks of changing explanations, repeated delays, and multiple promises that were later withdrawn or reinterpreted.
During our conversations, I was offered different resolutions, including a 100K Challenge, a USDT transfer to purchase an account myself, and there was even a message from their team describing a discussion about a 50% refund as "a commitment, not a maybe." Later, this was presented as if it had never been a commitment at all.
Eventually they funded a Blue Guardian 50K Instant account, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the account was then lost in approximately a week and a half. From what I observed, the trading appeared highly aggressive and inconsistent with the professional risk management I expected when purchasing this service.
The biggest issue wasn't just the trading performance—it was the constant change in communication and expectations throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone considering paying thousands of dollars for managed prop trading. If you decide to use them, make sure you understand all the risks and keep detailed records of every conversation.
