I experienced an issue with the black seed oil, but it was resolved promptly and professionally. Their black seed oil has consistently been of premium quality and has never disappointed. Excellent service, even better products!
I went to the stall at the Halal Food Festival in Sheffield, 10/10 experience. He was very attentive despite there being other customers there and let us sample the honey as well which was great! I purchased the Sidr Honey and Black Seed Oil, which were both of amazing quality. I’ll definitely be repurchasing in the future!

Premium quality products and excellent service
Absolutely brilliant service and premium products. I had placed an order after making a few queries. The gentleman was very accommodating and flexible on the delivery front. I had to make changes last minute regarding the delivery that was to made on the morning of but was easily able to rearrange. Responsive, polite, great quality products that are packaged beautifully in glass jars/bottles. Would make excellent gifts. Needless to say I will be ordering again and I have already recommended to friends and family. I'm excited to try out all the new products. As a loyal customer of Prophetic Blends, I can confidently vouch for the quality of their products — which is exactly why I get my black seed oil only from them. Unfortunately, I had a bitter experience with my order today: I found my package in the postbox, but the actual item had been stolen. It seems someone managed to remove the product and put the empty bag back in. I was really frustrated and reached out to Prophetic Blends on Instagram to explain what had happened. They immediately apologised and said they’d be sending out a new bottle the next day. I told them I didn’t feel right accepting that, as it wasn’t their fault — but they insisted and said it wasn’t up for discussion, lol. I’m honestly in love with this company; everything about them is outstanding. In sha Allah, may their business be filled with barakah, and may their hard work be rewarded in both this life and the next. Ameen. I’d recommend them a million times (I could go on but I’ll stop here lol)
