However, we’d like to clarify that the item you received — White Sainfoin Honey from Kyrgyzstan — was exactly what was ordered through our website. We do not sell Royal Jelly, nor is it listed anywhere on our site. We also provided proof of the order confirmation to clearly show what was purchased.
It appears there was a misunderstanding on your end, not an error on ours. While we understand that expectations can sometimes be mixed, leaving a 3-star review for a mistake that did not occur on our part is not a fair reflection of our service or the quality of the product delivered.
