As usual, we were not disappointed with the work completed by Pro property Ltd. Ian came to do several assorted jobs which have needed attention for many months. He was respectful and listened attentively to our concerns, offering really helpful advice and support.

Dan came to do my annual service on my boiler. As always he was was very thorough. I have been a customer and known Dan for 17 years. I also had a few other questions regarding some other/different plumbing issues and my double glazed windows. My questions were answered thoroughly and a quote given immediately for some other work to be done regarding a bathroom sink. Pro- Property are always reliable and quick to respond. Thank you Dan.

Ben Myers was able to come out quickly and found our leak before it did much more damage. Was able to repair sameday, which was much appreciated.

Very happy with the work performed by Dan and Ben on my heating system. Flushed out the system to unblock pipes and radiators and replaced our old boiler and controls. despite a few problems along the way displayed a can do attitude and got on with the job. no mess, no stress, no nonsense.

Had a load of topsoil to move from our front patio to the new raised beds that Pro Property guys had constructed (did a great job guys!). Andy Morgan had the job of painstakingly barrowing the 2 tonnes of soil round to our back garden and up the plank into the raised beds. Several hours and several cups of coffee later, job done! Andy was very helpful and friendly and even left his wheel barrow so that I could move the left-over soil to other beds. Thanks Andy - you're a star! 🌟

Had the central heating system flushed out following fitting of a new boiler. Ben Myers did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He identified a problem with one of the radiators and sorted it out whilst he was there. Everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Couldn't fault.

I visited Pro Property Limited on South Road after seeing they were a local, family‑run business offering plumbing, electrics, and general home refurbishments, including bathrooms and kitchens. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful, straightforward, and confirmed that she and her husband own the business. Their manner immediately gave me confidence — no pressure, no sales tactics, just clear information.

They also offer insurance packages to cover boilers and other plumbing issues. My boiler is in good working order and I’ve never had a problem with it, but it’s now six years old. When I bought the property over twenty years ago (two self‑contained flats), there was no NHBC policy, and the original builders had not plumbed certain parts correctly. Over the years I’ve had leaks on radiators, and the upstairs flat had a leak under the bathroom sink that resulted in a full replacement of a solid oak fitted floor throughout the property via insurance — which, of course, affected my cover and premiums.

Because of that history, I decided to take out their Gold insurance package for peace of mind. It includes a free carbon monoxide detector and covers the boiler, which I would have to pay to service anyway. Being able to deal with a local company, face‑to‑face, was important to me, so I checked their manner and trustworthiness in person.

Daniel, who is obviously qualified and knows exactly what he’s talking about, came out on time and took his time checking the boiler, all appliances, and the radiators before the cover was put in place. The only issue he found was a worn gasket — a small, inexpensive part, but one that can cause bigger problems if left unattended. His attention to detail reassured me that prevention really is better than cure, especially in the realm of cause and effect.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service, the professionalism, and the peace of mind that comes from dealing with a reliable local business. Annual boiler & hot water cylinder service. Daniel, as always, was very punctual, very friendly and very efficient. Thoroughly recommend!

Andy did a great job repairing a wall. He was very helpful and cleared up after the job well.

We had a replacement window unit fitted. Simon the fitter was very pleasant and chatty. He had a slight problem with fitting, but resolved it and did a very good job. Cleaned up very well after completing the job. We would use Pro Property again and would recommend the company to others

Andy from ProProperty spent a couple of weeks filling and painting multiple areas around the house that needed retouching. Window sills, high walls, hard to reach areas, ceilings, everything was done perfectly and nothing was too much trouble! An excellent job and highly recommended.
