2 weeks on and no items or correspondence from company
I purchased my order 29/11 and it’s now 9/12 and I still have not received my order. I emailed the company 7/12 and o have still not had an email back to inform me of my order.

One negative - you apparently cannot refund postage on returned items. I had to return an expensive purchase by Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that you would receive them. In parallel I purchased the replacement item.

Top quality product and service
I waited until I used the top in wet conditions and I’m very impressed. Zero dampness or wet inside the jacket or pockets.
Plenty of room to manoeuvre and Velcro waist tighteners if needed.
Would highly recommend

I purchased The ProQuip PX5 wet weather…
I purchased The ProQuip PX5 wet weather jacket, Which the label said it had a life time guarantee. However what it does not tell you, is you have to register the Jacket. I contacted The returns department. Only to be told as the jacket was not registered when I purchased it the guarantee is not valid.
So be warned a life time guarantee is not always what it seems

I am sorry you are not happy about this: however, the Club you purchased your jacket from could find no record of the sale, so we could not evidence that it was purchased from new.
