Efficient
The ease of scheduling and how quickly I was able to be seen. She was able to diagnose me within minutes and sent my script to my pharmacy promptly. My script was ready for pick up in less than an hours.
It’s only been 24 hours and I’m feeling better already.

Because we were unable to connect with you at that time, the original charge remained on your card — however, we have since processed a full refund. You should receive the funds back to your card within 5-10 business days.

We have processed a full refund of your $49 membership fee. You should see that reflected in your account within the next few business days, depending on your bank.
The Prosper Model: We noticed you left us a 5-star review after your visit, and we are so glad you had a great experience with your doctor! To provide that level of service, we use a Hybrid Model that is a bit different from a traditional doctor’s office:
Your Insurance ($25 Copay): This covers the clinical time with your doctor, just like a standard clinic.
The Membership ($49): This is what powers the "Five-Star" experience you enjoyed. It funds our Concierge Team—who handle specialist referrals, prior authorizations, appointment coordination. They will also hunt down the lowest medication prices and provide on-going support between appointments.
In short: your insurance pays for the medicine, and the membership pays for the elite access and advocacy that traditional offices simply don't offer.
We try to be as transparent as possible about this during sign-up, but we recognize that healthcare billing is rarely simple. We’ve taken your feedback to heart as we continue to improve our checkout experience.

My regular doctors office was closed for summer break, there was not another office who was taking his patients. Was recommended to go to urgent care or ER. I was soooo sick, called prosper, medical got an appt quickly, doctor was very thorough,had me do some tests and diagnosed, treated and prescribed proper meds and I am feeling sooo much better and I was down for the count. I’m feeling very grateful

The doctor was wonderful
