Please do not order from this company! I spent $800.00 on three wigs that where all supposed to be 20in and blonde. Unfortunately, what I received was three pink wigs that where all between 12-14 inches. I wish I could post the pictures on the site of what was ordered vs. what was received. I have emailed the company numerous times requesting an address so that I could return these monstrosities and when I finally got a response, it was a poorly composed email from someone that clearly isn't familiar with English stating that if I return them it will cost me over $100.00 for the shipping fee's and there was no guarantee that I would receive my refund. They do not have a working telephone number and the "good" reviews that you see on line are all fake! You can totally tell they hire third party reputation building companies to post fake reviews. Save yourself some money and headaches and don't do business with this fake scam company.

They sent me the wrong wig, and when I asked to get the correct one, they ceased all communication with me. The phone number on their website doesn't work. The only address listed is a building in Kowloon that doesn't list them as having an office there. This is not a real company. Do not order from them. I can only assume the positive reviews have been faked. I have reported them to the BBB and will continue to take action until my money is refunded.

I was so excited that my wig arrived on time and i was even more excited about the quality of the wig.the color was beautiful and the hair itself had great texture and softness and the wig was very well structured.this is my second purchase and I will definitely continue to buy wigs from this company and refer them to family and friends.

Straight scam!!! The pictures on the site aren’t even their pictures they will send you a $20 beauty supply store wig instead, the hair isn’t even Peruvian.

When I first saw the wig I thought this is a scam but something told to just order it so I did when I got it I fell in love with it thank you prosphairshop I would be ordering from y’all again trust

I love the hair. It's exactly as described. When I received it, I was amazed with how soft it is,I also got a free wig cap and eyelashes.

The hair was very scraggly. It was supposed to be “ice blonde” but has pastel pink sheen to it. Tried to write a review on their website but they get hidden. When I sent an email to them complaining, I got no response.

Love this hair. It's super soft and it's a good value for your money ! It came in this really cute pink bag. The hair is true to length & it holds curl well.

The wigs that this company shows you is not their own on their website. Consumers beware of this fraudulent company. My experience with Prosphair is if you purchase a 22 inch wig, when the wig comes in the mail, you are barely getting 16 inches of hair. When you pay this company for a 13 by 4 lace frontal , that is not what’s coming in the mail. The lace frontals and closure well I have to say closure because before I ordered the last 2 wigs I actually dm these people and let them know the previous wigs they send me was not a proper lace frontal wig, and I am giving them a last chance again and they reassured me that they wouldn’t steal on the lace front inches again. The lace front wigs are so bad, barely getting to make a free part. The only place you can do a partial part is in the middle and that seem to be barely making an inch of a free part. The sides of the frontal starts and ends near your own hairline which isn’t proper lace front coverage for a 13 by 4 lace front. The top of the frontal is lumpy. Do yourself an advantage and run from these people. If you buy a wig that is dyed it totally runs on your clothes, it don’t have to get wet or damp it runs out. The beautiful wigs on their website that they show you, is not there wigs but stolen pics and videos from other peoples website. When you reach out to Prosphair through WhatsApp about the bad hair they have given you and I provided them with a video of measurements of the length of hair they gave me, mind you I paid for a 22” wigs but they send two 16” wigs. When you dm them and send them a video of their flawed wigs through their WhatsApp contact, they ignore you. This was going down during the pandemic which started at the end of February. I tried to contact PayPal for a refund when I first received the hair and was unsuccessful at the time due to PayPal seem to be locked down until June or July. June or July is when I PayPal opened back up and I was able to contact PayPal and get a response. Prosphair responded to PayPal that I can return the wigs for a full refund but the wigs must not be worn. The reason I wore them is due to when the pandemic hit us from the other side of the world, everything got lock down in America, hair salons, hair stores, I mean everything and everywhere, locked down worldwide. I am a first responder and I have some experience in styling hair. With the little hair skills I had, I fought with these wigs to make them presentable in order to go to work during those months of the pandemic and saves lives at the time. I had no option but to use the bad wigs to go to work during that time due to everything was locked down for months., I had no other options due to everything was locked down not just in America but worldwide. I lost my opportunity to get a refund. I am was in distraught and disappointment when I saw the conditions of these last 2 wigs. Sad part is I paid near to almost $500 for the last 2 wigs, my hard earned money was lost. This is how I am repaid by loosing my money to this fraudulent company during the pandemic wherein I was on the front line trying to save lives. I have videos and pictures of 3 wigs I bought from these people in 2 of them in 1 purchase, and 1 in a single purchase prior to the last 2 wigs. I wish they would allow videos here. The hair has a plastic texture, sheds bad, and the lace front is minimal. If you are trying to make a 1 inch part or 2 inch part or 1 1/5 inch part in their frontal or closure it is not possible. The lace is very short and near to your hair line , leaving no area in lace to make a free part and look natural.. please everyone be aware. Don’t fall a victim to this company named Prospshair. They are in my inbox responding to this review asking me to take down this review and that I am speaking dishonestly and how PayPal work in their favor. My answer to you Prosphair is when I reached out to you initially, I send you a video of the scam wigs you gave me and you ignored me after that. To scam me to get my money the second time through a dm in WhatsApp you were responding every second. Only reason you didn’t get the returned hair was due to I was forced to use it during the pandemic when everything was locked down, I had no other choice. I am a first responder. Buyers beware. If you want to see the videos and the receipts and messages to WhatsApp and I had even reached out to my bank with these videos, dm’s and pics I had in an attempt to get a refund. I wish I could post videos and pics here, this is so sad.

I bought the ginger wig in July, the shipping was a little bit slow but i am from Ireland! I love this wig, i wear this wig every week for atleast 1-2 days. Holds a curl nice and washes really well! Im not sure why they have bad reviews? I have just ordered another wig today, and im very excited. I will create another review when this one arrives! Wish i could post photos because it is GORGEOUS!!

I’m not sure if the good reviews on here are real. I ordered a wig it came it was nothing like the photo. Not even the color I ordered. I contacted them and they said they’re sorry I didn’t like the wig and then stopped responding. There’s a funky badly sewn seam at the crown of the wig wich I can’t cover cause of how the hair is sewn in. This was a 200$ wig and I have nicer wigs that are synthetic from my local shop for 40$. This was the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I left photos and a review on their Facebook post and another girl was also posting scam I’m guessing she had the same experience as myself. The turn off commenting and deleted my photos of the crappy wig they sent me. I’ve since contacted PayPal protection to dispute this. Do not buy these wigs total scam. I wish there was a link here to add pictures for y’all. It’s sad

If I could give minus a 100 stars I would. Paid a lot of money for a wig that was supposed to be full, 18inch and black. I got a thin, barely 12 inch, brown piece of crap. I dont even think it's real human hair which I paid for. It was my first time buying with them and it will be my last. Waited over a month to recieve my wig and was very disappointed. Be smart and dont waste your time or money.

The hair quality is horrible. Thin and stringy and it sheds. Definitely NOT worth almost $400!!! Maybe $100 smh. The color is way too bright! Thought it was darker. Im extremely upset and unsatisfied!

I gave 4 stars because I haven’t installed the hair as yet however the hair looks beautiful & feels great!

The hair was amazing and the shipping was as well. Definitely deserves a 5 🌟
