HY9332 Valved FFP3 (99% Filter Protection) We bought several to use in heavily air polluted India. They were useless. The masks did not filter out the air pollutants which could be easily smelt and tasted when wearing the masks. Shockingly poor. Returned with a severe chest infection.

I bought a Pureflow Purelite Xstream…
I bought a Pureflow Purelite Xstream for a job cleaning a burnt out building. The respirator performed extremely well until it developed a fault after about three months.
I contacted protective masks on Friday and they had a replacement to me by the following Monday
Although the problem was Inconvenient I must say the service I received was exemplary
The respirator had performed extremely well up to the point of the fault, it is comfortable and dealt with a very dusty environment for hours with no problems.
I have a beard and wear glasses, so in my opinion this type of respirator is ideal for me as normal respirators don’t seal well and eye protection from dust does not work. Although my experience was blighted I would not hesitate in recommending this product.

I still have not received my order after 2 weeks since I placed the order.
I still have not received my order (est 2-3 working day delivery) and it has now been 2 weeks since I placed my order. UPDATE: The company reached out to apologise after my 1 star review and explained the reason for the delay in my order. I accept the apology and delay however, very poor customer service. They were aware the order would be delayed and failed to get in contact with me to update me.

Standard UK mainland delivery is 1-3 days however islands and highlands which your order was can take a few days longer. Apologies for the delay with your order which has taken 10 working days. (Not 3 weeks) The reason for these additional days as per our email, was an issue with the test solutions supplied by the manufacturer. These were supplied to us with a very short shelf life (2 weeks) which rather than dispatch to you we had to go back to the manufacturer to get different solutions with what we decided was a satisfactory shelf life. This added time to your order. We always strive to do our best for our customers and in this instance the delay was to ensure you received test solutions with a long shelf life.
Finally a comfortable mask
Great mask, so comfortable and easy to breathe I forgot I had it on. Usually I can't wait to remove a mask and feel unable to communicate through it. But not this mask.

Foggy!
The mask itself is decent but it fogs up immediately. I can pay £30 for the same experience. Disappointed.

This is a product review rather than service review however as regards the full face masks the one you chose is very good and whilst the majority will have anti fog lenses, if the work is strenuous or you get very hot, pretty much all masks will fog. If work is particularly strenuous the powered respirator would be more suitable which regulates air flow to the face depending on the effort. This would prevent any fogging.
