I made a big mistake to order with this company this Protein.com customer service are helpless I emailed them many times to cancel my order but they dont want to cancel my order no reply for refund or anything even they dont want to help with shipping address change also this Protein company are scams please go with another good Protein company instead of this rubbish i am regretting my self to order with this protein company i will never recommend anyone

I bought the pina colada tasting meal replacement shake, arrived quickly and filled me up for almost 7 hours! Really impressed😊

Although delivery is fast; I ordered one flavour and they sent another (which I can’t have due to allergies)…. They won’t allow to return (even if sealed) or a refund. I won’t be purchasing from them again. Shocking customer service

Ive had a few of these and really liked them my favourite was coconut and pineapple well I ordered another and when I opened it it was white not yellow like previous one and there was just a sweet taste to it there was no pineapple and coconut at all I used the chat on their page and I just got a fobbed off emailed that they cant replace or refund and to put a pinch of salt if its too sweet

While the company does state its returns policy on the website, in practice it makes returns nearly impossible. A large proportion of their products are either classified as non-returnable food items or sold as part of promotions and offers, which are also excluded from returns. This effectively means that most purchases cannot be returned under any circumstances.

What is particularly concerning is that even completely unopened products are not eligible for a refund. For a company selling consumable products, this feels extremely unfriendly and not customer-focused.

Although the policy is written, the overall structure gives customers very little flexibility or protection once a purchase is made. It also raises questions about confidence in the product, as there is no option to return even sealed items.

Overall, this has been a very off-putting experience and has put me off purchasing from this company again.

I saw this advertised on my socials. Struggling with weight and have a big event coming up. Thought I would give it a try. Order arrived the next date, very well packaged. First shake today and it was really nice (very sweet) I did my research beforehand as there are lots of companies to choose from but this company stood out. This was by far the most reasonable and had good results.

Find this company on Facebook and I’m so glad I did I bought 2 jars of the shakes and there absalutely lovely there really fill you up and take away the hunger pangs. The flavours are really tasty and they offer next day delivery even on a weekend. I’ve just bought another flavour orange chocolate 🥰 and the tanning tablets and fat burners so will see if they work
I have seen the negative reviews on here but don’t be put off. Just because people don’t like the flavours think it’s unfair to leave bad reviews or the fact they havnt lost weight isn’t a reason to bad mouth a company. Every body is diffrent works for some not for others No issues with this company what so ever and will continue to buy there products there really good for losing weight.
If I only one little issue and it is small issue is that the power isn’t filled right to the top it’s literally just over half full but even still you still get a lot of shakes out of them as the jars are big

Har lige fået protein Shake/ Lemon Curd - lavede en Shake og hold da op en skuffelse! Det smager overhovedet ikke af citron, det har en virkelig tynd smag af ja ved ikke hvordan jeg skal beskrive det :/ .... Virkelig ikke lækkert 😅 .... Havde håbet på en lidt forfriskende Shake med smag af citron, men ja det kan i hvert fald ikke anbefales !!!! Øv øv øv ....

If I could give this Company zero stars I would.
They refused to cancel my order and refund me after 3 hours of placing my order as I didn't realise their product contained aspartame. The products went straight in the bin. Avoid this this Company!

I bought the shakes and the tablets to help me loose weight. I haven't lost any weight. The shakes are quite sweet and they don't fill you up. Disappointing.

I recently purchased protein shakes from Protein.com and unfortunately the flavours I bought – Chocolate Banana and Chai Latte – are absolutely disgusting and extremely sickly. I could barely drink them and only tried a single serving before realising they were completely unusable for me. The tubs are otherwise full.

I contacted customer service straight away, but they refused a return or refund and repeatedly hid behind their “non-negotiable” policy for protein powders.

Considering the cost of these products, it’s very disappointing that there is absolutely no flexibility or goodwill towards customers. Honestly, it makes you wonder if this is exactly why they don’t accept returns.

Good customer service should include trying to resolve issues fairly, especially when a product has barely been used.

Sadly, this experience has completely put me off purchasing from them again.

I purchased daily Protein vanilla shake last night at Chemist Warehouse as a support for my health journey. This morning I was excited to try it and l was absolutely disappointed with the taste. I couldn't drink it. All it tastes of is sweetner that literally masks the supposed vanilla flavour. I purchased a 800g tin and now l will have to throw it out. I don't know why the product has the need to be so loaded with sweeteners even if they're natural. I literally couldn't taste anything but sweetner. Please do better taste testing of this product. Very disappointed customer. Don't waste your money

i had ordered 2 tubs of the shakes, with 2 free shakers
The package came, totally beat up (carriers fault) and there was a shake and a shaker missing.
i got in touch with protein.com and they sent me another, free next day delivery!
excellent customer service and a great shake to fill up, on.
i too was sceptical at first but they really do make me (personally) fuller for longer- compared to others ive tried

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish I read the reviews before trusting this company with my money. They debited funds from my account on the 25 Feb claiming next day delivery. Chased on the 27 Feb, they claim delivery delays. However, failed to contact me to inform me. 2 March and still no delivery. Reporting them to Credit Consumer who can report them to Trading Standards.

Really bad protein shake doesn’t mix well and give you upset stomach i made few other people try it before writing a review just in case it was me but nope it wasn’t just me said the same thing this protein shake is bad and wouldn’t recommend it

Terrible service!!!!! I ordered my first protein shake which was due to be delivered on Friday. It didn’t turn up, suddenly I then receive a message saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t clearly shows the postman leaving with the item on my Ring Doorbell I contacted customer service who didn’t even read my email and just sent me some stupid response saying wait another three days. I’m still waiting every time I ring the post office it says it’s been delivered and to get in contact with customer service which I have done and I still keep getting these stupid responses when nobody actually read your email. I’ve spent good money wanting to try a product that I can’t even have sort it out. Bad service for a first time customer.

Ordered 20/02/26. Box arrived but only contained the shaker not the 2 protein bottles ordered.
Poor packaging as the box was not sealed underneath. I opened the box in front if the delivery guy given the weight only to discover just the cup.
An email along with a photo etc was immediately sent to the company.
Customer service is appalling they basically claimed as the order was sent OK and shown as delivered ie an empty box nothing they could do.
Obviously I further disputed this as I take exception to the inference that I am a liar/theif or both!!
The courier has delivered to me for a number of years without any complaint and is extremely reliable and trustworthy
It is appalling that they have not even considered or entertained the fact that the box was not sealed and therefore could have opened during transit.
I am currently awaiting a further response from them and either the correct deliver of the items or a full refund.
Extremely stressful and disappointing when I had been looking forward to trying their products.

Can’t praise this company enough. There was a problem with delivery and they sent me out another order immediately. A few days later the original order arrived and l contacted them to return it. They said l could keep both orders, which was amazing!!
The product itself tastes great, mixes well, has a good consistency and l’ve given my daughter the extra tubs to try. She has tried many meal replacement shakes and has voted this the best by far. Will definitely be using the company again and will be trying all the flavours.
We are currently on the pineapple and coconut and raspberry and white chocolate.

Excellent service 2nd order placed and received delivery next day no problem. Tried 3 flavours now all delicious like creamy milkshakes.I mix with skimmed milk and some chia seeds (for extra fibre) I have one in morning and one at lunch with yohgurt and drink plenty water in-between. So far lost 3lb in first week. I'd highly recommend these.
