I am disappointed that every time I use your formatting package when I get my book from you the pictures are lumped together without a border. This time I had to send it back to you twice. It makes me wonder how professional you really are. Don't you check your work before you send it back to the author?

It's Tea here.
When you send your Word file with images inserted into the text, the placement of those images might not appear exactly as you originally arranged them. This happens because Word is not a fixed-format program — the layout can shift depending on the computer or software used to open the file. In other words, the spaces or “borders” you see between images in your version are flexible, and they may look different on our end.
Additionally, some of the display issues you noticed occurred because you opened the PDF in Word. Those two file types aren’t fully compatible, which can cause formatting problems.
I’m really sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the service. Unfortunately, these kinds of issues can sometimes happen when files are opened or edited across different programs. That said, we’ve already corrected the issues you mentioned within 24 hours of receiving your email, and everything should now be in order.

Won’t go anywhere else !
I just had my 4th book formatted by Publishing Services and once again an excellent job. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future and I have several more books in the works. Their prices are very reasonable and the turnaround is extremely fast. My average is 150 pages and they are formatting and sending the files back to me within a few days. That’s very good !
