X2H V3 died. Pointed this out in the discord and they deleted the thread. Awful company with awful support practices and quality control.

I wanted to like their products, but after this I cannot recommend you buy anything as they are not willing to help.

Return Package sent back for no reason

I bought the Pulsar gaming sleeves, but they didn’t fit, so I returned them as instructed by customer support, who said they would issue a refund. However, when I checked the tracking number, I found out that they refused to accept the return, and now the package is being sent back to me. I still haven't received my money, and the product is coming back to me. If you plan to buy from them, make sure you get the right size and the right item.

Pulsar X3 – Premium Price, Poor Durability, and Disappointing Support

I wanted to share my experience with the Pulsar X3 so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I bought the mouse in January 2025 for about €120, and for the first few months, it was fantastic — great shape, weight, and performance. Easily one of my favourite mice.

Unfortunately, after a short time, both left and right clicks stopped working properly. They started feeling soft and no longer produced the usual tactile click sound. Both mouse clicks no longer register at all.

I contacted Pulsar EU Support, provided the serial number, and even recorded a detailed video demonstration as requested. However, because I had previously tried to adjust the foam pads under the buttons (just to keep it usable while working from home), they voided my warranty entirely.

That’s fair from a strict policy perspective — but it’s disappointing for a €120 “premium” product that failed in under a year, especially given many other users have reported the same click issue online.

So, if you’re considering a Pulsar mouse, I’d strongly recommend doing your research. The design, feel, and performance are great — until they’re not — and don’t expect much flexibility from support if you encounter a hardware defect.

Bought a broken product and received no help from Pulsar

Let me start by saying I have bought multiple pulsar products in the past, and although this review says otherwise I have not always been disappointed with pulsar.

To start things of, my most recent order was for a Pulsar Xlite v3 es, the mouse itself has a lot of potential if it wasn’t ruined by Pulsar’s lack of quality control and varying issues. First of all I live in Canada and when the order arrived in Canada I was asked to pay customs fees on top of all the other delivery fees I had already incurred, this was a first for me after ordering from multiple other brands outside of Canada.

Second I finally received the mouse with extreme delay and when unboxed the mouse worked for a solid hour before I started experience disconnection issues and latency issues. I then contacted customer service to ask them what I could do to fix it since in the last 20 mouses I bought I’d never had this issue. The customer service then proceeded to say that it couldn’t be an issue with the mouse and that it was likely an issue with my PC ($2000 pc that has worked with around 20 mouses) and they kept going on saying nothing could be wrong about their product. Finally I sent them a video with a working mouse and the one that wasn’t and they told me they needed a longer video. Unfortunately I can’t choose when the mouse starts working and doesn’t, so they said they couldn’t support without that.

If you are thinking about getting a pulsar mouse, your experience might be good or it might not. It’s random whether or not you will get a good unit, so get pulsar at your own risk, but don’t expect their terrible customer service to help. Once you bought it, you can’t return it.

As for me I will never be using a pulsar product ever again, and won’t fall for their terrible pro players marketing campaign they have been pushing so much with diverse pros in the industry.

preordine x3 LHD

Ho preordinato il loro nuovo x3 per mancini a dicembre. Mi doveva arrivare a gennaio ed invece ho dovuto aspettare fino a maggio. Per farsi perdonare dicono che mi regaleranno due loro prodotti che ovviamente non hanno neanche pensato di spedire con il mouse. Ho inviato all'incirca 10 email ed e` passato piu` di un mese oramai. Dicono le cose e manco le rispettano.

Basis: Die Maus ist an und für sich top (sehr gute Qualität), liegt sehr gut in der Hand (einer der besten die ich bisher erworben habe), ist leicht zu bewegen und funktioniert ohne Ausfälle, der Akku wird zügig und ohne Ausfälle geladen. Nur das leidige Negativ an der Sache ist der Support zur Software. Die Software ist im Grunde sehr gut gemacht, einzig die mir wichtige Makro-Funktion will nicht aufzeichnen. Auf verschiedenen (auch frisch installierten) Windows 11 - Systemen probiert, bereits nach einer gedrückten Taste ist die Anzahl der gedrückten Tasten überschritten...??? Habe Schleife gedreht mit angeblich 3 verschiedenen Kontakten (Zuständigkeiten bei 3 Firmen) und nach Monaten wird nicht mal mehr auf meine mail(s) geantwortet... Grundsätzlich gäbe ich allein deswegen nur 1 Stern will aber die Maus nicht unterbewerten...

i have ordered 3 of their mice

i have ordered 3 of their mice. after a month during which they haven't arrived, i sent an email (that's the only "support" option they have) asking them when is my order going to be delivered. no answer after a week. i will avoid the company in the future.
the mice, of which i have used the x2h and x2v2 mini - high quality at first look, however scroll wheel stops working after about 3-4 months, rendering the mouse unusable.

my experience with them was execrable. 1/5 (0/5)

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the support I have received. Despite my efforts, I never received the mouse I ordered, and as a result, I will never have the opportunity to test it. Given this experience, I have no intention of testing or purchasing any of your products in the future.

The support provided has been condescending and unhelpful. I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with this company.

I regret purchasing not one

I regret purchasing not one, but two Pulsar Xlite V3 ES mice, both of which turned out to be defective. Here’s my experience:

First Mouse:
- The battery never charged fully and maxed out at 66%.
- The battery life deteriorated to just 30 minutes unplugged after a month of use.
- Firmware updates did nothing to resolve these issues (other than the visual display).
- Frequent disconnects via the dongle, even after updating firmware to the latest version.

Second Mouse (Founder's Edition):
- Bought this one hoping the first was a fluke. Instead, it was even worse.
- The battery completely died within two months and now requires constant plugging in to function.

Customer Support Experience:
Pulsar's RMA process is unnecessarily tedious, requiring redundant forms despite providing detailed evidence through their ticket system. As an international customer, I was expected to ship the products to them, facing delays and inconvenience, even though these issues were clearly manufacturing defects. I generally don't mind shipping a product back, but these are both my primary mice. It's not just something I can be without for over a month. Not to mention the county I'm in will charge me customs charges again due to the value.

They declined to offer alternative resolutions like store credit, sending batteries directly, and I replace them or immediate replacements, which would have been fair given the circumstances.

After doing more research online, I ended up pulling apart the FE mouse today, found the battery is swollen, got the part number and ordered a replacement battery from a local marketplace for $4.50. They could have just sent me 2 batteries on a punt and kept me as a customer. It's a common issue from what I'm seeing.

For a premium-priced mouse, the build quality and reliability are abysmal. Couple that with a slow and frustrating support process, and you have a recipe for disappointment. I would not recommend Pulsar products to anyone. Avoid Pulsar unless you want to waste your money and patience.

Edit: Now the scroll wheel click has failed. Stay away from this brand!
