Well it took me a few days to actually get my withdrawal.. they kept cancelling because of a deposit wager. Very confusing.. but.. got there in end. But very stressful
Account Closed Without Any Reason or Activity – Very Disappointing Business Decision
I created a new account on puntit.co.uk just a few days ago. I didn't make any deposit, didn't place any bets, and didn't use the platform at all – literally zero activity.
Suddenly, my account was closed with a message saying it's a "business decision" per Clause 18.1 of their Terms. When I asked for the specific reason (via live chat and email), they refused to provide any details, just repeated the general clause and said they can't share more.
This feels completely unfair and arbitrary, especially for a brand new user with no transactions or breaches. It seems like they might be auto-closing accounts from certain locations (I'm in India), but they won't confirm anything.
No money lost since no deposit, but it's a waste of time and makes me question their transparency. Others seem to have similar complaints about sudden closures without explanation.
Avoid if you're looking for a reliable platform – poor customer service and no accountability.

I understand this is a gambling site, BUT.....
I understand this is a gambling site — obviously, you can lose your money, and that’s part of the game. I’m a registered user on at least 20 casino sites, and I’ve lost money before — that’s not the issue. But this one is absolutely ridiculous. I played with £60 and didn’t get a single bonus or win over 60p on games that always give at least something on every other site, even with just a £20 deposit. 😅🤣🤣🤣 What a joke. Again, it’s not about losing — it’s about the fact that there’s zero fun or excitement in playing here.

My account got banned after winning a bet. A few days ago decided to give this site a try, uploaded my documents bank statement got approved. Deposit some cash, and after winning a bet, I got a notification saying that my account was restricted. I called them, and they said they banned me because my bank statement was showing overdraft. I wonder why they were okay in the first place when I was depositing from the exact same account, but suddenly became a problem when I win a bet and withdraw. Stay away, use reliable services instead people.

My account closed i didn't know why my withdrawal cancelled i texted customer support about it and they saying they can't do anything my account closed without any reason I think this was fake website didn't trust it other wise u will loose ur money atleast not trying to solve it
