Brilliant products that really benefit my dog. Puptons provide informative detail on each of their products on the benefits of their use and also offer an efficient service for dispatch.
I find both their website and subscription management very simple and easy to use.
So very glad a friend put me onto this brand of supplements!!

Great service, product purchased definitely makes a difference to one of my dogs.

Doesn’t work for my dogs, first of all the itch tablets I thought were working but after two weeks they definitely haven’t made any difference at all.
Secondly the urinary support tablets made my dog pee constantly, it actually made my dog worse. I’m sure they are good but definitely don’t work for my dogs. Shame as I was really hoping they would.

I buy Green Lip Mussel Powder, Glucosamine & MSM Powder for my ten year old girl (Carpathian Shepherd / Malamute mix) who has been showing signs of arthritis, and she stopped limping within a couple of weeks, very pleased that this seems to be working for her. Good value and the tubs last a fair while as the scoops are tiny.

I had inadvertently skipped a monthly order and it was reinstated immediately once I had notified Puptons. The e-mails I received from them were written by a caring human as opposed to just a one line reply received from some companies.

Cannot recommend the company highly enough.

I just made a second order and received it. This time , the joint supplement arrived with less than half in the container as they requested, from all angles. I contacted Puptons, I sent many images of the product. They can see very well that there is minimal powder in the container and it is completely sealed. However, they keep questioning me as if I am lying to them. They want me to weigh the product. I’m spending half my day emailing them back and forth, taking pictures of this supplement. I don’t have a scale. I will just switch to back to the supplement I used to use. I was just trying Puptons because the adverts kept popping up on my feed and was interested to switch. Disappointed. I didn’t even get a chance to see if the product for long enough on my Malamute to see results.

Honeybun's skin and fur is much better and shes much less itchy.
I've given a little to 2 other dog owners with ski issues so hopefully it will help and they'll buy their own

Whilst my order was delayed due to issues that i was not made aware of, once customer services replied the support was very good. My issue is now resolved, editing my original review accordingly.

Great product and great customer service

The delivery was quick. It's early days but my dog just won't have the probiotic pills. They're white and look like a paracetamol tablet. I've tried hiding them, coating them every trick in the book and he won't have them. I prefer the soft chewy ones available from other suppliers.
The tooth powder is fine ground and the dogs don't mind that. It was worth a try but I'm going back to my usual supplier which is a bit more expensive but seem worth the difference.
