I ordered from the company. Once I had the information that it was being sent from the US and involved duty that was an extra third onto the price- I decided to return the goods and get my money back. This process took months. I wrote to the company several times asking when I was going to get my refund. In the end I got PayPal involved- and finally got my refund. Lesson learned- never buy from a non British based company. I was disappointed with the poor customer service from the company- although the carrier company were equally slow at responding and telling me what was happening. Overseas websites don’t always make it clear that they are not British based - even if the currency is shown in Sterling. I’m shopping much less online than I did because of these issues.

Bought a boyfriend type cashmere sweater and was worried that it would be too "oversized." I like slim fitting close as I'm tall with a truly long and slim torso. I was really concerned when I took it out of the bag as it was huge, (size S). When I put it on, I was pleasantly surprised by the cut, it was super tailored and looked great on. The quality was top shelf, tailored and still slimming. I love the sweater and will be a recurring customer, absolutely!

From the online ordering process to receipt of the product, it was seamless. Product was well packaged and delivery was quick. I ordered the funnel cotton sweater. Beautiful colour. The sweater is well made and fits well. If you are hesitant about buying from Pura, don’t be. The quality of their product is excellent.

This year I decided to treat myself to a better quality sweater, and saw the beautiful sweater that apparently was the beginning for Pura. The first difference in your company was your welcoming email, after my purchase. You kept in touch, letting me know when to expect delivery. It arrived when you said it would, and I was thrilled to find it the perfect fit. Sizing for us "plus" women can be so difficult online. It is so beautifully soft, and I love the khaki colour. The turtleneck keeps my neck so warm without being close and binding, and I love tucking my chin inside that warmth. The sales price was too good to pass up, and the quality, plus service will make me a repeat customer. I've received many compliments, and know I will treasure my cashmere, thank you!

The sweater pills after only a 2 hour wearing. That is nonsense. Good cashmere doesn't pill like this. Sadly, the return policy states, 'no return if worn'! How can you know it pills if you don't wear it briefly. It's a 'return policy' that indicates Pure Cashmere knows it has a defective product.
I'm in Colorado & wanted a warm comfy sweater for Winter wear. I thought this one for the money, would be a keeper. Two thumbs down.👎👎

The sweaters are amazing, I ordered two and love them. They fit well and are of good quality and their prices are reasonable. I only give 4 stars out of five because they do not pay for the return from Canada. I had to return a sweater because of size. Otherwise, service and products are great

Hello- I love my sweater. It was rainy and windy outside today so I wanted a sweater to cozy into. I will most likely order another in a different color.

Purchased the Half ribbed Turtle neck sweater in Khaki and I absolutely love it! I'm 5ft 5 inches and weigh 115 lbs and this sweater fits in size XS perfectly. Covers the crotch and booty and feels lovely. The neck is a little scratchy, but nothing terrible. Great quality for the price.
