I have been using their renew/ restore shampoo, conditioner and leave in. I have long thick color treated hair. I have tried many products, this is the best. No silicons allow my hair to grow long without getting crunchy ends. Leaves my hair soft and shiny. It smells good too. If you want to grow your hair long, this is the product for healthy, managable hair.

My head broke out in a rash and scares. Be careful if you have sensitive skin!!

I bought their essential oil kit along with a large bottle of lemon essential oil. When my order arrived not only is the essential oil kit, the bottles, very tiny, not even a half an ounce, but two of them that were supposed to be in there, we're not. They do not tell you that their bottles are so tiny. The lemon essential oil was somehow open and spilled all over the box. The bottle was completely empty. I took pictures and sent an email to them with the pictures and they replied telling me they were going to send out a new bottle to me. We are 10 days later and still it has not been even sent out yet. I have sent two more emails with no response. At this point I will be returning the essential oil kit, I have not touched it yet, and I'm demanding my money back for the lemon essential oil. How do they send you an open bottle. I had higher hopes for this company but I guess I should have read the reviews first. I can see they don't respond to anybody. I will fight it with my bank, I have all the pictures, including pictures of the Box before it was even opened that was clearly completely wet with the essential oil.

I fell for this ater watching a YT rant and rave about it.

I neither follow the YT any longer nor buy any of anything from this brand.

I think i bought around 6 bottles and it's done little to nothing for me. One thing i really hate about it is that my hair has to be wet, not damp, wet. If i apply it when damp it gets really flakey which you can see in black hair and it feels dirty. I have to wash my hair again. Really annoying.

They are scammers, using their models for content and breaching contracts all the while continuing to plagerize their models intellectual property to continue promoting their brand. No integrity and no shame! How many more models will you do this to and how many more customers will you scam? Specifically their Vietnamese branch. Disgusting work ethic and when these issues were brought to light on their Facebook page, they delete comments.. how rude!!!

They took every single natural herb that is known to protect and promote hair growth, and put them into a shampoo and conditioner.
I can't thank them enough for doing this, and I hope they remain in business for a long time because I never want to be without their shampoo and also the energizing scalp serum.

Not impressed..my hair has gotten real oily with the anti thinning shampoo and conditioner..had to use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the buildup. Don't waste your $ on it!

I have tried a couple different shampoos and conditioners in the last year.
I have been using the advanced therapy shampoo and conditioner for the last 6 mos and my hair has been getting worse much thinner now then before I started using their shampoos. Found out polyqyaternuim 71 and 73 which are in their shampoo causes skin irritation and build up which can leave to thinning and loss of hair.
I’m sure others are having this issue too. There should be a class action suite against this company

I was slightly skeptical it would work at first but I wanted to give something new a try. Since I been using this product, each time I wash it, it becomes healthier. I love the smell and the way my curls have sucked up all the moisture. It even looks so much better my coworker and family have notice. Though it's only been a week. I will be buying more form this brand from now on as part of my normal hair care!

I recently dealt with Purador and my eperience was encnompassing. On the whole, I would rate them as avarge. They did nothing outstandingly well, nor did they do anything potentionally faulty. I thought their customer service was so-so - it wasn't spectacularly friendly and calming, but I didn't leave feeling unsatisfied or frustrated either. The prices were about what I was expecting in comparission to other similar services. All in all, I had an ordenary experence with them.

I started using this and all my color was stripped from my hair. I just had it done about 2 weeks before. It also maade my hair dry. I had to pay another 125.00 to get the color done again! They need to put on the bottle not for colored treated hair!

OMG! I absolutely love their products, the haircare is great. And the Argan Oil is saving my dry skin and hair this winter. Highly recommend!

They have ads for the Shampoo & Conditioner that help thinning hair
to grow. They have a special price to try it at $29.99, but when you
order they put you in a Subscription! So, in a couple weeks you receive
another order, with a charge of $49.99 on your credit card! When you
call to complain they say they will credit your card, after you return the
product, at your own expense for postage! What a SCAM! And, the
shampoo does nothing to help hair grow!
