Luckily I used PayPal to purchase as others stated on website they advertise they are in US and ships within 2-3 days. They did not.. I ordered on Aug 9th took me contacting PayPal and the company finally sent received on August 30. Honestly the product is not what it says stinks did not make my hair soft smell like nasty strong perfume definitely not argan oil, mask smells like shaving cream. I also purchased the anti thinning growth serum not to sure about it either. I have purchased purc oil density oil off TikTok in past and it was sent timely and worked. I don’t think this is the same company.

Do not buy from purc organics.
Do not buy from here, they are fakes, nobody receiver there ordwr when they buy from purc organics, i dont know how its possible for such a big company to be getting away with this, i used the shop app and still got swindled by them.

Mostly does what it says on the label!
I ordered a polygonum multiflorum shampoo bar from Purc and it arrived approx 3 weeks later (which seems to be fairly standard shipping times out of China). The website gives the impression that the company is based in the US and therefore that's where your product will ship from. Mine came from Guangzhou. The bar was much smaller than I expected but it's lasting well and the condition of my hair is gradually improving. I can't say it's lived up to its claims of being healing for the scalp but I'll give it a bit longer than the two weeks I've been using it.

Products never received - probably never existed.
Shipment tracking is fake.
Beware. I have reported them now to various consumer protection bodies and fraud prevention. Not sure how this can exist in our current world?
Hope this will prevent future 'customers' of being robbed off their hard earned moneys.
Absolute shambles.
