Pure Clear Filters Ltd Avis 47

We brought two pure clear water bottles for a trip around South America. On the plus side the filtration system seems very effective as we suffered no problems with any water we consumed. True the suck required to get the water out is greater than with conventional water bottles but that was not a great issue.
Our key problem was durability of the product. One relatively small drop onto a not particularly hard surface was all that was required to start the plastic cracking and the bottle to leak, rendering the whole thing completely useless and it needing to be discarded. A great potential product with very little durability in our experience. Shame really because I think the filter really does work.

Bought it a year ago, used it to do west highland way, now i want to buy one more just because how integral it ended up being to the whole trip. The squeeze bottle is reliable but what i like also is the company behind it. Super cool to be able to buy such a filter at a low price! Wish they sold them at my local store in the netherlands and that i didnt have to pay import fees though.

Arrived in good time well packaged and looked as described. Boxed with instructions. Not used yet bought it in preparation for a summer trip.

I ordered 3 Pure and Clear water bottles. I had problems with them, and wanted to discuss a solution with the company. So far I have emailed twice without getting a reply, and have attempted to call several times - each time it goes to answer phone, where I leave a message and no one gets back to me. Disappointing lack of customer service.

The product seems really nice. I ordered the filter/flask setup and an addition filter, and didn’t receive the second filter. The receipt had a note saying the filter would ship separately because it was on backorder… I paid over $20 for shipping and I live in Ohio, USA. Still haven’t received the filter and no follow up.

Quick delivery and good price. The bottle is an ideal size not to big or small to carry around and the filter does not take up excessive space. Ideal for my travel

This is my second purchase of the pure explore.its a fantastic product.works brilliantly when out walking near to rivers.would highly recommend if looking for a filter that looks great and gets rid of all the rubbish in the water . It's super light which is a bonus ...

Love these bottles. I Got 2 for the kids at school after reading what's in tap water and then ended up getting myself one too! Wouldn't be without them now. Really easy to change the filer.

I used to carry bottles of water on my hiking trips ,I've switched to using a pure clean filter bottle,just top up from any stream or anywhere where's there's water ,except the sea ,my bag is a load lighter now

This is our second purchase of the Life Filter Pro. It's a fantastic product, works brilliantly in the River Avon. Highly recommend if looking for a filter that looks great and can take out all the nasties in the water. Doesn't leak in bag after using and no more carrying around heavy water bottles.

Great filter ,I’ve used in fields where there are sheep and drank from the water in a very slow running stream ,worked a treat .very helpful company

I have used the squeeze filter over the past year across multiple countries inside and outside Europe. It performed as expected.

I recently contacted customer support to get a replacement part, which they do not sell. (white rubber part on the cap).
They were quick to respond by phone and told me to recap the request by email.
They provided a new cap free of charge and included it in my order for a new filter cartridge.

Good product and good customer support.
