If it was possible to give it zero stars, I would. The rug I received cost me $60 and the worth of it may be $10 and I’m being generous. I would not recommend this company for your carpet needs.

I got two PureCozy rugs for my home; the quality is excellent, I love the designs, and the double-sided one is my favorite.

I didn't know what to buy. They recommended something for me and provided some preview pictures which was great! Also their rugs are truly one of a kind in terms of quality, design and features! I have 3 rugs from them n will be looking to get a couple more!

Beware of this seller. They shipped the incorrect color rug, supposed to be green but it is obviously brown. They ignore communications and will not provide prepaid return shipping label so I can return it for credit. Very frustrating.

I ordered a large rug, it arrived and looked nothing like the picture. Wasn’t even close. There is no link to return it, you have to email or call. Have called many times only to get an automated message that their mailbox is full. Have emailed them twice and no response. I spent over 300 dollars and got an ugly rug not even remotely close to what I ordered. Their customer service is horrible.

I love Purecozy rugs. I now have two of them and they are amazing. Both rugs are high quality, super soft and easy to clean. As a family with small children, I was hesitant to order white rugs, but they have held up wonderfully. They are stain resistant and so easy to clean if there is a spill. I would highly recommend!

If you are looking for affordable, quality, style, comfort, easy to clean and pet friendly, Purecozy should be your first and only choice. I really appreciated the rug was lightweight and easy to maneuver to the desired space. Some rugs are so heavy it feels like you are carrying logs, but not Purecozy. The variety of styles, colors and sizes can accent any space within a home.

I changed the rug in my living room from a white gray one with a warmer color rug from Purecozy home and not only it brought so much character and warmth to my living room but also after using it we were pleasantly surprised by how softer it was compared to our other rug. It is also non slip which is great. I absolutely love it and plan to purchase another one for my dining room.

I love my rug from Purecozy! Not only is it super soft but it’s gorgeous! I got the 8x10 size vintage thorned garden Persian rug and the print is so pretty. I love the nonslip backing and it keeps the rug in place, and because we have pets I love the washable feature! I can throw it right into the wash and dryer since it’s folds up so easily! If you’re looking for a new rug I highly recommend getting a Purecozy!!

I’m honestly so happy with this rug — it’s super soft, doesn’t slip, and feels really well made. It fits perfectly in my space and adds such a cozy touch to the room. Definitely one of my favorite home pieces right now. 100% recommend!

I ordered two rugs from purecozy. I thought I had ordered a 6x9 but when I received them I realized they were 6x4. So I reached out to return the rugs, which their customer service representative, Emily, said I could return them however she encouraged me to exchange them for a discount instead. I said I'd rather just return them as asked for the return label or address. I never heard back from her. So now I have two rugs that are the wrong size that I can't do anything with. In addition they are of poor quality and have a very strong chemical smell. I was not impressed with their quality. Their website says you can return unused rugs within 30 days. They do not honor their return policy. Why have a return policy if you don't honor it?

I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from PureCozyHome.com. The product photos on their website look high-quality and stylish, which is what convinced me to buy. Unfortunately, the rug I received looked nothing like what was advertised.
The materials, texture, and overall quality were far cheaper than what the photos led me to expect. It felt like a knockoff compared to the polished, high-end look shown on the site.
What made the experience even worse was customer service. When I reached out to return the rug, the representative insisted that the rug I received was “the same rug advertised on the site,” despite the clear differences in appearance and quality. They also refused to pay for return shipping, even though their website states they will cover return shipping if there is something wrong with the product.
Overall, this felt misleading and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone expecting to receive what’s shown in their product photos. Shop very cautiously.
