Shady business practices designed to rip you off. A $29 discount club will be added to your purchase at check out. They can't rely on the quality of their products to make them money so they have to do it backhandedly at the expense of the longevity of their own business. I predict they will be out of business soon, there are other more trustworthy companies. Just say no and shop around.

DO NOT ORDER! I received my chopping boards and due to poor quality I actually cut myself when opening the package as the edges of the boards are not smoothed/rounded. A massive health and safety concern! They have ignored all my emails and when the finally replied they referenced a different person and case. Astonishing, this company should not be allowed to trade !

I reiterate other reviews. This company is unscrupulous. I purchased products & then noticed a £23 charge the following 2 months I contacted the company who were unhelpful & dismissive . Charge continues to come through however I disputed it with CC company who have disputed & refunded. Don’t consider using Pure cut

Company refuses to abandon fraudulent attempts to bill for fake membership BEWARE

Boards and mats. They are okay but scratch really easily and blunt your knives. Biggest negative is the subscription they added to each of my orders!!! I ordered three times and ended up with three subscriptions!! Would not recommend

Pure cut bored came, looks the good.
But after use with sharp knives scratches appeared quickly.

Biggest problem I have found was a hidden subscription of £23 per month.
No in the process of trying to cancel it now,
Missed the first 4 months.

Hopefully get this resolved.

I got brainwashed into the healthy effects titanium chopping boards - hygienic, no microplastic harming your health, no mould, antibacterial, non-scratch, lifelong investment etc. So I ordered. A mistake.

First negative point is that I got the tracking email, it was drop shipped from China. Second negative was they sneakily subscribed me to a recurring subscription approx $44AUD, lucky I was never charged for this because I picked up on it just shy of a month passing (due to hearing of a relative experience of the subscription scam and I checked with my PureCut purchase) and successfully contact the company to cancel it. Third negative point: they are bad quality. The non-scratch claims are completely false. Scratches bad. You have less control cutting metal on metal. And personally it feels wrong cutting onto metal. I believe the boards are just stainless steel, not Titanium. Does clean easy. But would NOT recommend! The company is definitely not genuine.

Absolute scam!! Promised me a store credit code after taking payments from my bank account. Still waiting over a month later!!

This scam is unbelievable! I bought their cutting boards. Now I find out they are billing my credit card an unauthorized fee of $29 EVERY MONTH! Beware!

The board is garbage and they charge your card for no reason monthly. This is a scam

Scam. Took monthly payments of £22 from my account after I made a legitimate purchase of 2 boards.

Took me a year to realize they'd been charging me for a subscription I was never made aware I was being charged for. Just shows up as 'free' on your initial invoice and doesn't say it's a subscription. If I could give a negative review I would!!!

All the reviews here rightly complain about the subscription trap with this product, so I won’t go into that even more. The boards themselves have dangerously sharp edges, I picked one of them out from my cupboard (by the slot cut to form the handle) which cut deep into my thumb. The boards have scratched the hard wax oil on my wooden work tops resulting in them needing to be sanded down and re-oiled. I have today disposed of the boards, one of my more expensive mistakes

This company is a scam. When you purchase something from them, they sign you up for a monthly subscription to this membership plan that you can't consent to and cannot cancel. This happened to my mom and she's been e-mailing them every day but there is no response. I also highly doubt that the cutting boards are actually titanium. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The products themselves are not bad however their business practices are very shady. Every purchase includes a "free" subscription on your invoice but then the following month and months following you continue to get a $29 charge for absolutely nothing. Try to cancel it it's almost impossible to find the link, it's hidden in some thank you email at the very bottom where you can cancel it. Many reports on BBB and other sites about this practice. Buy from a reputable company not these guys

Do not order from these people. I accidentally signed up for some sort of monthly charge for which I received absolutely nothing, and after I complained last month they have continued to charge me.

Can’t really fault the product, but they signed me up to some sort of ‘collective’ which carries a £23 per month subscription. No mention of this at checkout and they’ve just taken the money from my account without my consent. Really poor. Customer services did respond, but only to say that they can’t refund the money, they can only let me spend it in their store by way of recompense. Nonsense. I will be exploring every way to get that unauthorised money back

I would give zero if possible. I ordered a titanium cutting board for a gift in early december. I was billed and paid it. Now every month a new charge appears. For what? I have no idea. I did not authorize and monthly service. This place is a scam!
