This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Please do not purchase from them!
I came across this company on social media and having watched a half hour video, decided to buy the product they were selling. I know! I should have known better, especially at my age, but they really were great salespeople! I purchased 6 bottles of tablets and upon completion of the payment I was offered a further 3 bottles at a great discount. I stupidly agreed. In total I spent over £300 and those 3 additional bottles? They cost the same as the 6 bottles! 9 bottles meant 9 months of tablets.
You’re probably thinking I never received the product, right? Wrong! I did receive all nine bottles. However, during the video it explained its main ingredients which sounded good but I have some allergies so before opening any of the bottles, I read the ingredients list and their quantities. Unfortunately I found a couple of ingredients that I’m allergic to, so I decided to contact Pure Essentials Wellness to arrange a return and refund. When I went to the website I got a message telling me the domain was available to purchase!!
I eventually found an email address and wrote asking them to provide me with a return address so I could send back the product. I explained in great detail how I hadn’t broken the seal on any of the bottles, and that I was allergic to a couple of the ingredients. I had doubts about whether I’d get a response from them.
I did receive an email but it didn’t include a return address. Hellena said she was sorry to hear that I needed to return the items and she was offering me a 20% refund and I could keep the product.
I replied refusing her offer, explained again why I needed to return them and said I wanted a full refund.
Hellena wrote back offering me a 40% refund - which her manager had approved and was a special offer just for me, that it wasn’t something they would do for anyone else. She then said that as well as the 40% refund I could continue to use the product and receive its benefits.
She was basically telling me to take the tablets regardless of the impact they would have on me.
I later discovered a lot of reviews that other dissatisfied customers had written, and guess what? They were also offered a 40% refund!!
I am a lone parent with an incurable illness on benefits and I used all my savings to buy a product that I can’t use. Yes I was stupid to spend all that money but I would have used the product if I wasn’t allergic to some of the ingredients. I hope for other customers who have purchased the tablets that they truly do work, so that it’s not a total waste of money. The problem is that any company selling a product needs to have a telephone number for customer services. They need to listen to those customers instead of having a standard email policy that sends out identical messages first offering a 20% refund and then a 40% refund, implying that they’re doing it just for you. Every consumer has the right to return an item in exchange for a full refund (if the item is in the same unused condition that it arrived in). I will be taking this further, I cannot afford to write this off as a bad experience, which it is!
I haven’t received a reply from Hellena yet and I’m not surprised. You only have a certain amount of time to return an item and apparently for this company it’s 14 days from when you receive the package.

Why can’t I leave zero stars?!

Why can’t I leave zero stars?!! This scam rip off company do not deserve one star!! I feel incredibly stupid for falling for this scam; I should know better at my age. I sat through half a hour of video, and I’ll give them this, they know how to sell! I stupidly purchase six bottles, paid, and was offered a further three at a huge discount (that was b*llsh*t!!). I paid over £300 meaning I paid as much for the three bottles as I did for the six - do the math because I canny do it!!
Eventually my package arrived, I didn’t realise it was coming from China, and before opening a single bottle, I read the full ingredients list. It only gave the main “health benefits” ingredients online and I’m allergic to some foods/ingredients. Unfortunately, I found a couple of ingredients that I was allergic to. I was disappointed because I was hoping for some help with my health. I went to their website - only it wasn’t their website!!! I could purchase that domain if I wanted to!! I obviously realised I’d been scammed right there. I went on Google and eventually found a company in Ireland that acted as a “host” for companies. After going round in circles for ages I finally found a customer service email address for Pure Essentials Wellness (not the same as Pure Essentials!). Trust Pilot don’t allow email addresses in reviews so put the letters cs then the @ sign then pure essentials wellness dot com.
I wrote asking for their return address as I needed to return the nine unopened bottles and why. It took a couple of days to get a response and then they offered me a 25% refund and I could keep the tablets!! I replied saying no thanx, I want to return them for a full refund as was my consumer rights.
I received a reply today (two days after I’d sent my refusal email) in which Hellena went on and on about how she understood and wanted to help me. She’d spoken with her boss and I was being offered something that nobody else would get (more b*llsh*t!) a 40% refund and I could “keep taking the tablets as well”. So she ignored the fact that I couldn’t take them, hadn’t opened any of the bottles or acknowledged the fact that I was allergic to some of the ingredients.
I am very aware that they are going to draw this out as long as possible because you only have 14 days to request a refund. After that…you’re screwed completely.
I am a single parent living with an incurable illness and I stupidly wasted over £300 on a scam. Please, please, do not buy from this “company”. If you see the video, do not watch it!! Close the window or browser!! Do not get ripped off like myself and so so many others. They don’t have a single five star rating. Nor a four star. Nor a three star. Nor a two star!!!
I really hope this company gets shut down. I will not go quietly. I’m taking this all the way.

Went on their site, and couldn't get out of the page, they say if you leave you will be charged for double the price. I emailed them as PayPal gave me their email as nothing on the page to contact customer service to cancel. I cancelled the order their reply email said I can cancel and get a full refund as it hadn't been dispatched. They never replied and on the 17/2/26 they dispatched the tablet. PayPal and credit card in dispute. They are crooks.

'Pure Essentials Wellness' is a scam! Don't fall for it!

This company, if it really exists, is only to sell, has no scruples, and no intention of refunding money to unsuspecting 'customers'.
Why can nothing be done about these people? I have an intolerance to orange, and nothing was said about the other contents on the website, so I didn't know until I opened the pack of three. I explained but thy just keep saying it's difficult to return, and they'll give me a discount so I can keep them and 'keep using them'-They just don't care!

As like the previous posts I have been…

As like the previous posts I have been scammed by this false information and advertising. I tried to cancel the sale as soon as I had agreed to purchase the special offer 10 bottles!!! And then the next screen came up saying it would only work properly if I purchased additional pills which I then realised it was a scam to get as much money out of me that they could and it is hundreds of pounds they said the same story as previous reviews have received that I should wait and try the and have 60 days etc. I wrote back to say I have not opened the package that arrived and demanded a refund with instructions on how to return but nothing has come back from them yet. I have been in touch with my bank to see if they can help get my money back.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! My mother was lured into buying 6 bottles of their "slimming capsules" after watching a clip on facebook. They arrived in an envelope with no return address, delivery note or conpany information.
On reading the bottle we found the ingredients were things you could find in the kitchen cupboard.
This company was informed of adverse allergic reactions to one of the ingredients in the capsules. The advised mum to continue taking them which is not only poor customer service but also potentially dangerous advice.
It was claimed in the video that they came with a "60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee" or a full refund.
Obtaining a refund has been an absolute run around. At first a 15% refund was offered which was rejected. It was then increased to 40% without returning the products or 80% minus the open bottle which would be deducted from the 80% and a 15% handling fee would be added and we cover return costs. We agreed to return the products to a very dodgy looking address in Holland only for them to delay replies to our emails so much that they now say we have exceeded the 60 day money back guarantee and they will now no longer process a refund.
Cart panda has also been absolutely useless in helping with this issue.
Steer clear of this company!

If only I had checked with Trust Pilot…

If only I had checked with Trust Pilot before being "seduced" with a slimming product that has no side affects and promises drastic weight loss that is permanent! I tried cancelling this order within 2 hours of ordering 6 bottles....highly recommended for near maximum effect with a further recommendation to buy 3 more at half price. As already said, I watched the Face Book video for about half an hour....I know, I should have twigged then......especially with the extra incentive to purchase yet more. This is what alerted me tbh. Within one hour, I received a response from Cartpanda with a link to the product company here named, whom I immediately contacted with no response. The following day, I received an email from the shipping company to say my order had been despatched! Several emails have been exchanged with me becoming less polite and more explicit but still, no details of how to return the tablets but suggesting the best they can do is in the first instance was to generously provide a 16% refund, this escalated to 30% and finally, when I became more insistent, a request by the ever "helpful" Hellena who is very anxious to to assist with my request, now with instructions to video the contents, products and external packaging, return the package in tact at my own expense and they will deduct a further restocking fee of 15% to cover the costs of inspecting and reintegrating! All this despite lengthy promises of full refunds if the product does not meet needs.
What can I say? Do not touch this totally untrustworthy company.

It is called The Jelly Trick to lose weight,

It is called The Jelly Trick to lose weight. The long, long, unnecessarily long video shows squares of jelly being eaten and we are told that all we need to do is to take one square each morning and then eat as normal. We are then told there are three ingredients which we can make in our own kitchens. We have to watch all these women saying how amazing it is when all we need to know is what it is and how to make it. We even have Rebel Wilson showing how much weight she has lost with it which is quite amazing since I saw a similar video for another weight loss product, an oil, using Rebel Wilson who was saying the same thing. I wonder if she knows she is being used on these products’ videos? Then we finally get to the end and, of course, there’s no such thing as the Jelly Trick, they want us to pay a fortune for bottles of their “pills”. Foolishly, as the former person on here, I got sucked in and I thought I would give it a try but with only one bottle. I thought that if it worked then I could order more and if it doesn’t then I haven’t lost too much. This is false advertising stating it is The Jelly Trick (there’s another one called The Pink Salt Trick by the way) and telling us to have a pen and paper ready to write down the recipe when there is no such thing. They are lying. This so-called doctor is lying and I very much doubt he is a physician. I am awaiting receipt of my single bottle and wonder whether I should try it or not. It’s quite frightening.

Caveat Emptor - do not buy from this company

Having spent the best part of an hour watching a very persuasive sales pitch, for what I didn't realise was an American company, I placed an order for what I'd been led to believe was a purely herbal, no side effect supplement to support weight loss. However, having placed the order, I then did more investigation into the actual product which turned out to be another version of Ozempic which I did not want and wrote immediately to cancel the order later that same day, as this was not what I'd been led to believe and I'm unable to take the proprietary brand for health reasons. Two days later I received an email saying it was impossible to cancel as the product had already shipped but if the issue was financial (it wasn't and these "supplements" are not cheap) I could retain the product and enjoy a 25% refund. I wrote again to say that was not acceptable, restating the issues as to my decision to cancel and again the company has tried to fob me off with the 25% refund offer as they believed "it would be more advantageous for you to accept the 25% refund offer, since the return process involves shipping costs and additional fees, as well as specific return conditions.
This way, you can keep the product, enjoy an immediate 25% refund, or even gift it to a friend or family member — which would be a simpler and more beneficial solution for you.
I’ll be waiting for your confirmation so we can proceed with the 25% refund right away, okay?"

I have responded to say this was not in any way OK and nor would I gift such a thing to anyone and I wanted a full refund. I have further asked for specific details on their returns policy but given the information in this earlier email the whole thing looks horribly dubious.
