Do not use this site they rip you off the jewelry is not even real they sent me the wrong ring completely anyways and will not take their product back said they would give me a discount never gave it to me I never received the discount they just kept talking in circles avoiding the actual problem

NOT LAB CREATED BUYER BEWARE
I purchased 3 rings from this company. It's supposed to be a lifetime guarantee yet they wanted to charge me 500. To have a prong repaired, redip and solder the 3 together. After horrible customer service I decided to take it local. The jeweler tested the diamonds and THEY ARE NOT LAB CREATED! CZ is what they got when they tested them. This place is overseas so what can I even do at this point? BUYER BEWARE!

Lifetime warranty is a lie
I had to return my bridal band in 2019 due to the atone falling out. The company did replace it. Now 3 years later, my center stone is scratched and chipped. Their lifetime warranty states that their stone would not do this. I have contacted the company about this along with photos and they not respond to this claim against their lifetime warranty. Apparently, I need to get legal involved so that a resolution can be made. I had high hopes for this company and their product, but now I am questioning it. I would reccomended people take their business elsewhere based on my recent experience

Our lifetime warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal wear. However, it does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage. Upon reviewing your case, it appears that the issues with your center stone may fall outside the scope of what our warranty covers.
Scratching and chipping can occur if the jewelry is subjected to harsh conditions or impact, which is not typical of normal wear. Our simulated diamonds are crafted to be durable, but they are not immune to damage from such incidents. Despite this, we replaced your bridal band when a stone fell out, as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your satisfaction.
We understand your frustration and apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding our warranty terms.

Customer service was good but there was an imperfection on the ring, I was very surprised it was sent to us this way. Once I found out the company was not based in the US I decided not to pursue the issue.

This customer ordered rings in total value of $3049. Package was held in the US Customs awaiting for him to fill the 5106 Form. A formality required in the US for all imports over USD2500. After several emails/calls from us as well as FedEx, the customer refused to fill the form in order to receive the package. Since the customer started to ignore our emails/calls, the custom authorities rejected the package and returned the shipment to us. The card holder was then fully refunded. Unfortunately, we understood later that this person probably tried to scam us.
The ring is beautiful but not real man made diamond.
The ring is beautiful, however, it was a little bit too big. So I went to have it sized down. When I took it to the jeweler to have to downsized they tested it on a diamond tester and it isn’t a diamond and didn’t test to be a man made diamond either. They wanted to send me to a different jeweler to check to see what stone it is. I paid for a man made diamond and didn’t get one.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a wedding ring set only to receive it and realize it was not exactly what I wanted and David was very helpful in sending me, not only a return label but also sending me pictures of other rings, so hopefully the next one will be exactly what I had in mind.
