Andrew was amazing from start to finish. He dealt with our numerous queries with patience and professionalism. Made organising a trip for 21 a seem less process, would definitely use again!
This is the second time we have trusted Purely Travel to manage our trip. On both occasions they have provided excellent customer service in a friendly and professional way... responding quickly to any requests.
We asked them if they could advise a fly drive holiday which was a little different to one on their web site and they suggested one which was perfect for the places we wanted to see. Their knowledge of America is great.
We went from Boston to New England to Maine,Vermont,New Hampshire,Niagara and back to Boston. We were given a choice of hotels so we were able to research and choose the ones we wanted. They arranged the flights from our chosen airport,
and even arranged for a chauffeur at the airport.
We can’t thank Andrew enough for sorting everything. The customer service was excellent and we will definitely use again when we go back to the states.
Fantastic. We’d heard good things about Purely so when we were planning three weeks in Canada, we got a quote. We had half an itinerary in mind and asked for suggestions for the rest. The attention to our requests meant the customisation was perfect. Our final itinerary was spot on: ideal hotels for us, just the right amount of travelling per day, everything was sorted for us including car hire, ferries and train journeys. The itinerary we chose was competitively priced and had very thorough planning. The contact was brilliant, we were given all the info we needed, and all our documents arrived in good time. Our trip was incredible and the organisation was faultless. Would absolutely book with Purely again.
I have worked with Andrew at Purley Travel for a number of years and would not look elsewhere. The level of customer service is exceptional along with his attention to detail when tailoring a holiday for us based on his knowledge of the USA. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
