I heard nothing from the company after submitting my order and receiving an automatic confirmation. I was charged immediately but my goods never arrived. All attempts to contact them by phone and email were ignored. The phone number always sent straight to an answer phone.

My request for a refund has been ignored and I must now pursue a Section 75 refund with my credit card company.

This is either a scam or a company that has gone bust yet carried on taking orders.

At the time of writing, the website no longer exists.

Do not order from this company! Goods never sent no response to phone calls, emails or voicemails. Thankfully I raised a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Company appears to no longer be trading but do not have the decency to close their website.

Scammers. Ordered a sleeping bag and it didn't arrive. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Avoid this company

Ordered a cover for my backpack and it never arrived. Cannot get in contact with them so disputed the payment with my bank. PureMtn had the audacity to claim there are no issues. Luckily my bank is disputing it further. Absolute crooks. AVOID

This company took my money and never sent the goods. They don't answer the phone, claiming to be 'busy on other calls' and do not reply to emails. I had to claim my money back through the bank. Do NOT use!!

Luckily I only had a small purchase, which I am still waiting for. (talking weeks here)
No communication from the company, they don't answer the phone nor my email.

Ordered a sleeping bag from this site. Took money straight away and got an order confirmation and estimated delivery date. Nothing has arrived and they are not responding to emails or calls to their customer service which is just an answerphone.

Feels like a scam site - thank goodness we paid via PayPal as we're currently filing a dispute to get our money back.

Ordered a rucksack, payment was taken and I received an order confirmation. Order has not been received and I have had no further communication from the company despite multiple emails and phone calls to “customer service”. Company exists in the company house register, but I am now contacting my bank to reverse the payment and will also be contacting the police. Do not buy from this site!

I am not sure if they actually exist - they have taken my money for a sleeping bag but it has not been shipped and they havent answered the phone or my emails.

Ordered and paid for an item 3 weeks ago using the Shop App and it still hasn’t arrived!

I have emailed 3 times and have left 3 voice msgs, none of which have had a response.

My assumption is that this is a fake company and suggest you avoid making an online purchase with them.

Very disappointed!

This item has now arrived so I am changing the rating-I just wish they had bothered to answer my emails and voicemails to prevent both the angst and ill-feeling.

Payment taken promptly, suggested delivery date a week later, then nothing. I have rung and emailed numerous times, no one answers the phone and heard nothing back from emails. Don’t go there.

This is a scam website - no delivery, no communication.

This company were new to me. So I hesitated in making a purchase. I need not have worried.
They take Paypal which means you can buy with total confidence. Their prices are fantastic and their free postage meant that my boots arrived safely within two days.
All in all a perfect transaction.
I will certainly be using this company again
