First class
Both the product and the customer service are excellent. I have been a customer for a while now and have never been disappointed with either. Would not hesitate to recommend Pure Roasters coffee to anyone.

Give the guys a go, you won't be disappointed
Already have a monthly subscription and have done for a couple of years. Was interested in trying other "one off" coffees which weren't part of subscription. Dealing with the guys at Pure Roasters for coffees outwith my subscription was a skoosh - pick coffee, order, pay for it and 2 days later it was at my door. 10 minutes after that some beans were ground and the coffee was in ma belly. Excellent service and excellent coffee!!

Fantastic coffee at an excellent price. It's the freshest coffee I've ever had! Delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Pure Roasters is only place I get my coffee from these days.

Gift hamper needs to be packaged in a nicer way if is to be sold as a 'gift'
I was disappointed in the box that the products were distributed in. It is advertised as a gift hamper but the products are in the postage box that is taped up and cannot be used as a gift box. I have had to purchase a separate box before I can present this as a gift. Generally gift sets, hampers are in nice boxes or come with a bag that can be given direct to recipient. It just felt that the products were thrown in an old box for posting. Even if a paper bag with company branding could be included in package it would be better.

Amazing
I've really found both the quality and flavour on offer to be unmatched. These guys know what they are doing. The Nippy Sweety is particularly good and is definetly my go to now, but the Fruitmarket is also amazing as my first sip in the morning.
I would highly recommend.

Something for everyone
I have tasted 4 different flavours of coffee now and must say they didn't dissapoint. There is something for everyone! A lovely selection of different strength and flavours, really enjoyable.

Saw these guys at the weekend at the caravan and motorhome show and bought a mixed box of ground coffee. well...very impressed! the ground beans work well in a french press and the flavours are stunning. now, probably, my favorite coffee. a big brand coffee shop taste at home. pure roasters...well done!

Whisky Coffee
Placed a second order with pre roasters. I went for the “nippy sweety” which is the whisky coffee. Loved it that much I’ve placed a third order for the same stuff.
