Didn’t receive my order
Didn’t receive my order. Reached out on Oct 9th, no response. Very unfortunate. Trying to at least get my money back
Update Nov 18th: shipment refused by customs due to illegal ingredients for EU / BE. They did had me pay import fees before ofcourse. PS Customer service (Jess) did reach out and was very friendly. But ordering from EU is not recommended (specifically Belgium)

Husband’s fave - skin so smooth now
My husband truly enjoyed the roll on CBD, but really liked the salve with the lavender scent- that’s his fave and while it does get on ur hands, the scent is a lot better. We’ll definitely be purchasing that one again.

UPDATE Nov 2022: Customer service reached out, explained that the 5 pack is simply a taste test pack and send a free 30 day supply. After running a full 30 day supply, these in fact had a great effect and will be repurchasing a 60 day pack.
Great customer service, great product. They just need to update the website to make sure customers understand the sample pack is just a taste test.

Thank you for your feedback James. We are so sorry to hear our 5 count gummy pack did not provide any effects and we hope the 30 count bottle has been working better for you! When it comes to using CBD, consistency is key for best results. So a sample pack of 5 gummies truly is not enough to give an accurate idea of how well CBD can help. With that being said, we have decided to quit offering our 5ct gummies other than in our new "Taste Tester Bundle", which is solely intended to be used to get an idea of the taste. :)

It’s been two weeks since I ordered a trial pack (glad I did) because I heard good things. Now it’s been two weeks and I haven’t even got an order update late alone a shipping update. This just seems a little unprofessional to me.

Walking pain free
I absolutely love your products, I truly believe without your CBD cream my daily life would be much more painful!

Just Order You Will Not Be Disappointed
Wonderful company with great customer service and an amazing product! I have been using their CBD oil to treat my anxiety and been very pleased. The CBD mints and salve are also very good. Have recommended this company to coworkers and my doctor...they all know that I research before I buy!!!

Gummies were good
Gummies were good. Didn’t have a huge effect but overall I did sleep a bit better and my anxiety was milder- not drastically but enough to notice. Lemon flavored gummies tasted awful and the bottle I received was mostly lemon. That was a disappointment
Update- pure spectrum reached out to me. I am highly impressed with their customer service. Trying to “fix” something that wasn’t really wrong just a bummer was so far beyond what they needed to do. 10/10 will be purchasing again. Thank you to your customer service team.

Helps
Look, we have a household of maladies here. We’ve got a broken hand, arm, knee, brain tumors, kidney stones the size of mothra.. but this doesn’t eliminate pain. That’s not the purpose. It does, however, help bring pain down just enough that life is bearable again for a short while. We used to keep it around for flare ups of the usual knee problems, back problems, and brain disease problems. But these days, it’s been a lifesaver to the point that we put the isolate on a subscription. There’s always gonna be a need. And we know after using them for several years, that pure spectrum’s quality is consistently high.
