UJust received order this morning and the date sugar package is damaged, it definitely looks like it might be a rat or mice infestation in their warehouse as it clearly looks like rodent bite marks.

Zero customer service. Order lost by Royal Mail, wouldn't even acknowledge emails. Had to complain to credit card company to get the issue resoled. Clearly too busy counting their bags of money rath... Voir plus

Possible rodent infestation in warehouse

Came for a dessert ended up needing a…

Came for a dessert ended up needing a new tyre ! Screws in the drive through and car park ended up with a puncture . Happened to 2 other people I know aswell. Save yourself a trip to the garage guys .

SHOCKING DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!

SHOCKING DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!! Drove over an hour to pure sweet to buy strawberries, on arrival there were no clear signs or instructions on where to go and being with a new driver in the wrong lane the car next to us kindly let us in front and all was good UNTIL…. A jobsworth who was running the so called queue very badly came up to us and started taking pictures of the car asking us to move out of line for jumping in. We clearly explained the situation but because of the language barrier there was no telling this bloody joke of a man. When he escorted us out by walking infront of the car we were shocked to pass rats at the drive thru entrance. If I could give 0 stars I would, I will never ever be back here and can advise EVERYONE TO AVOID!!!!

Having seen this product advertised on…

Having seen this product advertised on Dragons Den, and having rather a seeet tooth, and really not liking the aftertaste of sweetener I thought I’d give this a try. I feel I maybe need to add 10% more than I would sugar but it’s a fantastic product! Really close to the taste of sugar. It’s expensive, but if you can afford it vs sugar it’s a no brainer….

This is the answer to reduce sugar in your diet.
It ticks all the boxes taste great in coffee I find with tea which I prefer sweet I use one tsp brown sugar plus one sweetener. It tastes so much better than all the other chemical sweeteners .
They make a cube version which will go with me when travelling but don’t understand why they don’t produce individual sachet portions ?
Lastly it’s not cheap but most things that are any good are not cheap and worth the money to get rid of daily sugar intake.
Thoroughly recommend this in 1 kg bags direct from the company no delivery charge and cheaper than Amazon buy a box of cubes when purchase also discounted at this time.

3kg of sugar never arrived

I've ordered the first time and everything was fine I was very happy about the sugar. I ordered 3kg the second time, the order has never arrived. I've contact the customer service via email asking for news and they said that it was delivered (when it was not).
I've sent a second email asking for news/help it has remained unanswered.

Sugar Replacement

Cut sugar out completely and replaced with this, love the taste. Much better than the high street options available.

Appalling, non-existent customer service.

The cutesy picture and welcoming blurb on the website belie the reality when it comes to customer service, or even common courtesy.
I have tried phoning 4 times with pre-sales questions prior to placing an order. The first time (Thurs) before 5.30pm, within the stated hours of 10-6, a man with an offhand attitude answered, but said they were closed. He said he’d have to revise the hours on the website, which should say 9am to 5pm Mon – Fri. (This has not yet been changed six days later.) He said to email or phone back.
No one answered the other 3 times (Fri, Mon, Wed) that I tried (between 10am and 2pm). There was no facility to leave a message for a call back – “The user’s mailbox cannot accept more messages.”
Neither has puresweet replied to my questions sent via its web contact within the stated “up to 2 working days”. (I have checked junk mail too.)
“Jack” obviously feels he has enough customers now, and has no need for any more.

Puresweet Shuga

I ordered Shuga to do some baking with, I needed brown sugar. It worked fantastic and what I really like about it is that it is not overly sweet at all. You use the same amount that it states in a recipe. I also use it in my coffee. I love it

After seeing this product on Dragons…

After seeing this product on Dragons Den I thought I would try it and wow I was amazed. It tastes great and will definitely be using this as an alternative to sugar from now on. The service was great and professional and have already placed my second order. I would highly recommend trying puresweet and think you will find it as great as I did. Thanks

Great tasting

I have given 5stars because of the service and speed which the item was delivered. I normally have 2 sugars in hot drinks but I find I have to have 3 tea spoons now but that’s fine because it’s zero calories. No bitter taste like some other products. Hopefully the price will come down
