Purity Products Avis 25

I had ordered a product from purity products in the first order it was good but when I tried to order again, they said they no longer carry the product so they gave me a similar product and two other products to go along with that one product that would make up the difference between the first order and these. and I have had nothing but problems called them several times was emailed products out of stock. I used to deal with another company for years and I’m going back there because Purity just don’t make the cut!!!!!

I just now completed a BBB complaint in NY on Purity. In short, I paid $10 for one bottle of My Bladder and got it. I told the agent that I did NOT, did NOT want any other products, free or otherwise. I told him that I did not want any more My Bladder. He agreed and said I would never be charged any amount of money other than the $10. A week later I got three bottles of My Bladder. I did not order these. Charge in package was $140. I called and talked with agent and he said mail bottles back and I will get refund. I mailed them to Plainview, NY on Aug 5, today is Aug 19. Fourteen days and they do not reply to my communications left on their site. I made a big mistake being connected to Purity. I wrote the CEO in NY and complained two weeks ago. I will now go to as many scam sites as I can find and leave crappy reviews, including fraud and deceit and lying and so on. I should have read about Purity on the internet before contacting them. Hundreds of complaints about Purity. They should change their name to IMPURITY. They should be investigated and convicted for their widespread fraud and corruption, probably RICO violations. Will call my bank in the morning and have the charge reversed, should have done that a week ago or more. BTY, their prices are considerably higher than sellers with the 'same' products. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPURITY. A bunch of crooks!

If I could give it a zero, I would. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered some products from them never received them. Noticed that I was being charged $124.75 for products. Called and told them I never received them. They asked me for my billing and shipping address, which are the same. They claim I had the products shipped to another address that I provided. Baloney!.. I am not familiar with the address nor do I live in the area. I told them this and they stated that I gave them the address and will not refund 2 charges total $249.50. Unethical and deceitful company!!!

I canceled the autorenew on this product, but they sent it anyway. Now I have to pay the shipping to send it back and HOPE that their accounting department will issue my credit card a refund. After I receive that, I feel compelled to cancel that credit card so they can stop charging me for product I clearly DON'T want. Totally unethical company.

CAUTION!!!!! This company puts you on auto delivery and even after you cancel they continue to send unordered or authorized products. I went so far as to remove my payment information but since I had previously paid through Paypal they allowed the transaction. By the way the Biotin supplement does NOTHING. Avoid this company!!!!
