Ordered from them almost 3 months ago and din not receive anything. I keep emailing and they keep saying it’s on the way. There is no tracking info. And they won’t refund my money.

This seems a cheating game. The adjustable glasses is absolutely useless and it was sent from China with nothing substantially protective.This Purple Bubblings seems playing tricks on customers if they got complaints. They will start playing this cheating game after two or three normal emails with the customers. They are not willing to solve the problem anyway. That are very bad and shall be punished by law!

First of all, these scammers hide the fact that they aren’t in the USA and the only thing I found out was when my credit card notified me of an international charge.

Had I known they were in China Hong Kong scammers I’d of never purchased from them.

I ordered in April 17, 2017 and haven’t revived anything as of June 20 and asked for refund and sent emails and they send back sorry no can do.

These people misrepresent themselves as being an American company and had I know before hand I’d of never given them a dime

I was also bitten by this American fraudulent website?, today i contacted my bank, related to them my purchase from purplebubblings which I have not received, as it was a debit card transaction the bank kindly refunded the amount I spent.

I have not received yet my parcel ordered on 10th May 2020. So, I lost $53.93!

Ordered more than 2 months ago, now the website is offline, though I'm still getting standardized replies to my emails (probably automated) that order is delayed etc. How TF can Shopify, Youtube, payment gateway all allow this scam to continue. Do not buy!

I can’t give them a zero because it’s not available. I bought a pair of adjustable glasses for magnification. Took two months for a piece of the cheapest plastic available to arrive. It is NOthing like their advertisement. Buyer beware, joining the sentiment of hundreds on unhappy customers.

extremely poor co. I placed my order in Feb, 2020 but got nothing, now is June! I have been waiting for more than 4 months, keep having email exchange with them, they just keep finding excuse but no delivery at all! No refund! Nobody can talk to me over the phone. A garbage company!!

They took my order and I paid USD33 for 2 glasses, after one month, still no delivery! The web site disappeared. Very bad guys!!!

It's a scam. They took £20 and sent inferior quality glasses for which you wouldn't pay even 50p. No refund. They ignore your emails. There is no way you can contact them. Stay away.

They took my money 3 months later still no product they ignored my emails it's a scam stay away from whoever they are.

Their promotional ads are deceiving. Quality of their items are too low and I got two items that are not usable. I contacted them for return and they never answer me. It is scam. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I don't know why I press one star ,I pay for a pair of glass never recieved, I email them never answer...is a scam stay away from them.

Stay away from Purple bubbling and other websites coming from facebook, youtube and any other sites that have this advertising. This website got me for $20. I'm contacting Paypal and try to get back my money.

This is a scam, I place my order for 17 key Kalimba, the guy Andrea keeps to drag on saying shipping info available soon, but each time of my emais inquiry, just turn up many excuses of missing.

Today, I found his website has gone, this guy is cheating. Does anyone know how to stop this kind of cheating internet scam, please knidly advise what is proper way to get back refund, if not, the way to stop.
