I had an issue because I didn't unbox them within the 14 day registration requirement, but this was sorted out by helpful customer service.

I bought an Air Opus off road at the beginning of 2020 and have bought other products for the camper since then
Opus and purple line have always given us a fantastic service , they have been hugely helpful with advice on our trips at short notice
All the staff are friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with
And the camper is an amazing piece of kit
I would highly recommend the company

I would like to thank Simon for his excellent service, this order was a bit out of the ordinary, as I'm located outside the UK and on the other side of the world. 9 days after ordering the part, I received it - simply outstanding thank you.
Although you no longer manufacture this model, you sent me your relevant User Manual and Customer Check List. This meant I could identify the tyres I needed and obtained them elsewhere as per your suggestion.
I am very gratified to find that such excellent service still exists in this day and age.
A prompt reply to our problem of the mover not moving. Loss of connection of the remote to the mover was diagnosed and instruction wow to re=programme it were sent by e-mail and all then worked again. Great service from Ben.

I cannot praise this company high enough. My recently fitted caravan mover developed a fault. Firstly I had amazing diagnostic help mover the phone. This included detailed testing instructions from Simon. Following that he agreed to do test on the control box the next day. I duly took the control box to them and was given a replacement within half an hour. Fantastic service. I was never asked to do anything I was uncomfortable with I wish them every success in the future.

Emailed Purple Line at 9.50 this morning regarding faulty wheel wrench adaptor for Nemesis Ultra Wheel Lock. Had a reply within 20 minutes and replacement is being sent out today. Superb service!
Absolutely superb service for a very small spare part I needed . Couldn’t have got better or more efficient attention anywhere. First class outfit and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Technical problem with my Enduro Quattro motor mover which could have been expensive but, thanks to Simon's knowledge and patience during several calls, it was successfully resolved. Now that's what I call good service.

Purchased the combination hitch and wheel lock. I’ve previously purchased various other locking systems from other manufacturers, the quality and design of Purple line far exceeded that of these purchases. Highly recommended!!!!
My wife and I are in our seventies and love caravanning. Three years ago we struggled to push and pull our van into position so decided to buy a Purple Line mover to make life oh so much easier. We used it on about five occasions and should have got one fitted earlier! We've always kept the control indoors and removed the batteries. Last time out though, it would only move forwards and turn to the right. I contacted Purple Line and 'Ben' gave me a call. He suggested we send him the handset to figure out the problem. Within a week, Purple Line had found the fault and replaced the handset!
We are so grateful. We can't sing Ben's and the Purple Line's praises loud enough! I must admit I was a bit cynical when I read people reviewing Ben, Mark and Hayley working wonders with their caravan problems. I'm not any more!

Not only is the product first class, but the after sales service is second to none dealt with by Ben, it’s a pleasure in this day and age to find a company that still treats customers as kings. I would not hesitate to purchase further purple line products. Many thanks Mike
I have had a problem with a independent fitter this last month about the purchase and fitting of the Quattro Diamond, and have spoken to Mark from purple line a few times and I cannot fault him for the help he has given me, he has responded quickly and efficiently to my problem which I hope will be quickly resolved. Thank you Mark
I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received from Purple Line and Ben, technical support assistant in particular. An email reply was followed up with a phone call to help with the problem which is now 100% solved. Many, many thanks!
