Good food for my cat
I've had two occasions to contact Purrform for advice and had quick and helpful responses. Delivery has been exactly as promised, even on Bank Holiday weeks.
My Maine Coon cat has pancreas problems and had lost a lot of weight, as he didn't eat much. He needs a low fat diet that is palatable to him, and the Rabbit flavour meets both requirements. Now he is regaining weight, and is so keen to eat that we can mix his medications into the food. We are delighted with the improvement in his health and his coat quality.

Quick delivery and great choice of simple raw meals for my fussy cat with tummy troubles. I liked that I could get something like rabbit, with no fish or other additions, to help me figure out what she’s sensitive to. Both my cats lick their bowls clean with their Purrform dinners, first time in 10 years! Thank you for your excellent products.

Very professional. Last time I found a problem with the meat of my order, the customer service helped me fix the problem by feeding the same batch of meat to their colleague's cat and giving me some suggestions, which impressed me.

Well packaged frozen products
Great products (happy cat!) and fast delivery. Really impressed with the packaging for postage - I feel confident that the frozen food has stayed safely frozen during transport. Reasonably priced per meal compared to other brands.

We have been feeding our 3 cats on raw…
We have been feeding our 3 cats on raw food for a couple of years now. We saw their physical health improve within 1 week. We have found that some of the raw food companies are often out of stock. However, Purrform have always had stock and have never failed us. The food is packed really well and our cats really do like their food. You do have to order in advance as you have to allow for order processing, then you need time to defrost each tub. We always have one tub open and being used, and the next tub defrosting.

Our cat loves the food
Our cat loves the food, she started on pouches and has now gone over to tubs. My only wish is that they came pre-portioned as she only eats 60g a day and I have to portion it up before putting in the freezer.

Great cat food and amazing customer service.
I have tried different companies in the past and Purrform are by far the best. I love that they focus on cats food only rather than both dogs and cats as many others do. Purrform provide great customer service, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Awful product to match the awful company
If you’ve you got £35 you want to waste then buy Purrforms cat joint supplement. Smelled weird when opened the tin. I then followed the instructions by putting a small amount on my cats food.
Cat wouldn’t go anywhere near it!!!
Asked for money back, but Purrform point blank refused and then wouldn’t reply to any further emails.
Rubbish product and even worse customer services. Avoid unless you’ve got money to waste

It is very disappointing that your cat does not seem to want to eat the Purrform joint supplement.
We are always keen to support customers as much as possible and it is obviously in our interests to keep customers happy and continuing to use our foods and supplements. However, it would not be viable as a company, to refund customers where their cats are not keen, for whatever reason, on the products.
As we are sure you are aware, cats are extremely fussy creatures and any slight change in food may prevent them from successfully eating the product. We would love to satisfy all cats with our products, but unfortunately, this is not always possible.
However, for this reason, may we suggest you try adding a smaller amount of the supplement to your cat’s food, for the first week or two, to enable your cat to become used to it. With some cats, they need more of a transition, so by adding the amount indicated on the label initially, may be too much.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer you a refund for the reasons mentioned but trust you can appreciate and accept our comments but hopefully, by trying the above method, your cat will start to accept the supplement on his food.
