Don’t buy from them SCAM take your money and don’t send stuff out

Not even worth giving a 1 star. Ordered 2 coats with no delivery updates, only an email say it has been delivered by Evri to a secure location. We were in the house at the time?! Tried emailing company and evri and no luck. 100% scam!!

Cancelled order promised a full refund but still not received it. No one is getting back to me.

Jesus look at these reviews . Not a single positive one. This site is clearly a scamming site and ships nothing. Pay for advertising but makes 10 times that figure back. I ordered a gaming console for my kid about 6 months ago. Obviously a no show. We should be angry at Facebook and other social media platforms who allow Chinese scammers to advertise in there sites. Absolute disgrace. At a time of cost of living crisis these big companies are giving free will to rob the working man. It’s the same all over. Things need to change.

Same as all other reviews, ordered jacket with no delivery. When emailed said they would send another....guess what, still no jacket and now not responding to emails. AVOID, SCAM!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. avoid avoid avoid. product does not turn up at all. Scam company 100% they should be taken down

I ordered two coats from here in september under the impression it was uk based!! Shipping and tracking infop was provided but after that no contact whatsoever. Order has not arrived over 5weeks later, no replys to my 4 emails from customer service. Refund requested but i doubt i will recoeve my money back!!!! Disgusting!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from Puvleson. Like others I ordered a coat Shopify says it was delivered but it wasn't. Emailed 3 times and contacted Shopify but no replies. Hope no one else is scammed by them.

I have the same review as other customers. Order saying delivered on the 12/10/25 although no communication from courier as said we would receive.
Have emailed today and await a response

Appalling company AVOID!!! saw an advert that purported to be UK based but was actually Chinese . Coat arrived in slough uk after 3 weeks then was delivered to address unknown on the other side of country . Zero response from customer care from 6 emails. Possible scam company just don’t go any where near . Beyond angry

Do not use this company. I ordered a jacket and I've been brushed off when I emailed them. They offered 2 solutions so I stupidly opted to still have the jacket sent. Still not received after 12 days so I emailed today requesting my money back. Sadly I think I've been scammed.

Ordered a jacket from this company and tracked my order and when my order said delivered it wasn’t. I have emailed 8 times and had no respond back and no jacket. I am so angry and frustrated, they took my money.

How is this company still trading? I bought 2 jackets £35 they promised they would redeliver, even offered me a discount on my next order! AVOID ST SLL COSTS

I ordered a coat through shopify and I became concerned that it was taking a long time. I contacted puvleson directly through email twice and got no reply. I tried to track the item through the shopify app and its telling me that it had already been delivered. I haven't had any contact from either the courier or puvleson since I placed the order. Still trying to get a response from both the supplier and shopify but could only talk to a chatbot !!!

Scammers.!! Do not purchase anything from them. Order never arrived and no reply to any emails.
In hindsight I should have read the other reviews before making the mistake of ordering the items.

It’s a scam , do not order anything from them

The item I ordered says it has been delivered to my address but it hast. Emailed them 3 times. No response. And I bought it off the shop website.

If I could give it zero stars I would extremely disappointed orders a games console over a month ago paid £34.85 including shipping Iv been emailing pretty much every week and I actually got a response promising me it will be delivered and certain dates but clearly did not happen. I don’t know how this company has been shut down yet?
