Great company
Great company! Been ordering fpv parts for years and always get my shipments super fast! Recently I had a package get stuck at a usps facility and Pyro’s awesome customer service got me sorted out and a reorder overnighted. I was impressed by the quick response to my email and their offer of several solutions right away that got me back in the air within a day of reaching out! Much appreciated!

These guys sell very old battery packs. You'll get a pack that's been sitting on their shelf for years. They don't care.

First let me say that after a bit of research we decided to spend close to 7k with PyroDrone and they don't disappoint!!!
We had a problem that got resolved in the most epic of ways. Had problem with a drone out of the box. So we sent it back got it fixed and then it got lost in the mail. Tracking said its still at port in California, That was on the 7th of this month. Needless to say at the end of it all PyroDrone came through and sent me one overnight!!! The shippents all got here a day early and all the equipment we got was shipped with a bunch of love!!! So again thanks Pyrodrone for being a dependable store for us rip & dip Drone freaks!!!
And september 16th is no longer just any-old-day IT'S NOW A NATIONAL DRONE HOLLADAY!!! Everyone go out and fly!!!!

Once again PD has proven themselves as one of my faves when it comes time to make another purchase. If it's in stock on their website, I know that I won't be getting an unexpected "on backorder" notice. Super fast shipping from one coast to another, and a super selection have made me a repeat customer. Always a good experience with PD, and I thank you for that.
My business and trust have most certainly been earned.

Worst ever customer service
I have been purhasing drones and drone parts from many drone sellers on the web. Pyrodrone has the worst customer service ever. Rude and completely unprofessional sale rep when dealing with product and sales issues. I never had this type of problems with other sellers.

Problem resolved same day!
Had a problem with an ESC... They sent out replacement the same day! Great experience with customer service.

Customer Service? Rude
If you buy something from Pyrodrone, i sincerely hope you don’t have to deal with their Customer Service. Pyrodrone takes no responsibility for their shipping service, and is not willing to work on a solution. They are not willing to take any part of the loss, customer has to take the full burden and pay 100% for of a non delivered service. Really, i dont understand how one could be in business like this.
The Customer Service manager is just plain rude, and refuses to react to polite e-mails, trying to resolve the issue.

Looks legit but wait till you have a defective item. They will make you feel stupid and will pretend no responsibility whatsoever. Absolutely unreliable and irresponsible for their mistakes. Also their ups shipping is a scam? I was charged 20+40$ shipping for a 80$ Fettec fc
