Avoid
Bought straighteners and a curler from the stall. Ensured if there were any issues I could post back or to get a replacement as I’m over 3 hours away. Customer service is shocking. Straighteners looked used when opening. Keeps turning on and off. Blanked on instagram. Avoid, especially if you’re not local!

To pythairstyle , im writing regarding one of your employees i came across in the trafford centre yesterday , im not sure about her name but on the receipt it was Ayihab1 , she did my daughters hair and made her extremely happy , she told us it would be her last shift this weekend and i thought i would take the time to write a good review for this pure hearted young lady before she leaves , i want to pass this on to head office for a raise . If possible , let her know im the woman with the children from saturday .

Zainab served me today. She was amazing made me feel comfortable. Took her time curling my hair. She answered all my questions. Best customer service. I really appreciate good customer service and even though it was busy she took her time with me.

Sold a dream at the Trafford centre on some curlers. Not as they seem. Curls don’t last. Frizzy hair just not worth the money. £20 curlers would do the same job.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Return them while you can!!
