Please avoid buying from this place. Some of these companies in shopping malls will use the best to demonstrate and sell the generic ones so you don’t get the same effect at home. I wanted a refund but they didn’t give me one. They claim that they’re giving you a good discount but do sell them for as little as £60. They fraud people. It’s all about sales tactics with these guys. I recommend cloud 9 hair tools. Please don’t make the mistake from buying from here.

Awful shameless company. Read all the negative reviews before making any purchase. It’s a soulless company that only wants your money. Nice to your face when they want to make a sale but really they’re devils in disguise thereafter.
My product is faulty so I have a £200 set lying around.
Trafford centre manager wants me to make a video of the curler causing the trip in my home. How utterly unprofessional- risking a fire? No thank you.

I’ve had my hair styled today by Aimee at the Trafford Centre and she did an amazing job. It looks fantastic and she was so friendly and gave great advice about the products.

Got the set as a gift and it wasn’t suitable for their hair so wanted to return this just a day after purchase. However with just the seal of the box being opened they refused to take it back even though the product was not used and in perfect condition as bought. What a waste of £200! And after reading reviews and looking up on social media reviews are not good at all and not a trustworthy company to purchase from.

I bought £120 curlers from your Trafford Centre shop last Thursday. However when getting them home the quality of the product is poor/wrong size sold to me/curls fall out within 10mins and randomly turn off when using them! I’ve emailed,messaged,instergram messaged and Facebook messaged regarding a refund to which I’ve had no reply or response. Very frustrating! Can you contact me regarding a refund please

Hi my brother brought them in for a refund this morning (6/6/24) - refund refused as they had been opened , but how can you know if they are fit for purpose and the correct size if you don’t open it!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous
