Excellent service. Good knowledge of the product. My daughter was very happy to get her hair curls.

Amazing experience today having mine and my little girls hair curled in the Trafford Centre by Aliha. Very impressed with the product and can’t wait to try it for ourselves. Seems much easier and quicker than any other hair curling tongue I’ve ever used and I’ve used them all!

Aliyyah styled the extensions on me and shown me the difference the halo extension made to the thickness and length of my hair! Super good customer service will be coming back next week to get them

Derya was so helpful made me feel pretty showed me how to curl with a straightener and curler. Was really sweet and caring thank you

Very poor experience. They advertise the PYT curling wands and use these whilst curling your hair but give you a much cheaper version (which we only realised when we got home).
Very disappointed and would never have expected to find such a company scamming customers trading at the Trafford Centre.
Customer service was very patronising, accused me of shouting when he was the one talking over me. Not a nice place to deal with.

** Following on from the reply from the company - this was not a mix up - they 100% know what they’re doing. Very obnoxious place trying to scam people. Also - very rude staff laughing at me whilst I was walking past to her colleague (the one who scammed us). Very disrespectful and unprofessional company. **

Had my hair done by Marta in the Trafford centre this evening, it looks absolutely amazing and Marta was very experienced and knowledgeable in the products

The most incredible hair curler! Zoya at Trafford Centre talked me through absolutely everything and made me feel super comfortable, she was so amazing!

Bought set for £170 - told 5yr warranty, easy replacement if issues (live 1.5hrs away).
Got home, curling wand not working, emailed customer service, told would have manager call me. Manager called, apologetic, said to come in and would exchange, advised lived too far but would get husband to pop in on way back from London following day. Husband went as advised, manager not there, assistant advised couldn’t replace. Spoke to manager on phone, advised would need to return non-working curlers first. Asked for address to post back to, said would send address to me. Nothing. Now 4 emails later, being ignored by company. Having to contact Trading Standards and Trafford Centre! Avoid, don’t waste your hard earned cash.
***Update to review*** Company reply is rubbish, I have emailed the email address in the reply below several times, being ignored, have now sent all ignored correspondence to Trading Standards and Trafford Centre Customer Services. They disputed this review with Trustpilot and tried to have it removed.
⭐️ Further update - following this review I have eventually gained resolve with a refund. It’s a shame it came down to writing a bad review to force their hand and extremely disappointing that we never got to experience the curler ourselves as in store it did appear to be amazing, shame.
👍Company has now refunded and offered to replace curling wand next time I’m in Manchester, thank you

Martha at the Trafford Center was amazing today with my 11 year old daughter isla! She was so patient with her, whilst curling her hair! And even showed her how to do it herself with the glove on! 👏🏻 ❤️🌟

I had a lovely time with Monique at PYT Westfield Stratford today. Monique to be frank I was not ready to buy the straightener but your good manners and approach made me buy your stuff.You are such a kind and loving person. Keep being you. 😍me D) wo😍
