Luminaire Total Light Bundle for sensitive, oily & acne prone skin
The shopping and customer service were both good and the products arrived on time.
The packaging of the face serum and face cream was deceptive as both were a lot smaller than I expected.
In terms of the efficacy of the products I have been using them for two weeks now and have seen minimal improvements so, it is probably too early to comment on the efficacy of the products.

However, we clearly display the size of every product we sell especially in the name of the product, in this case: 30ml. The product picture also shows the proportion of the actual product in reference to the packaging. Sorry if you have missed these but no deception whatsoever is intended.

I made my orders on their website on 30th of July 2023, it was my first purchase from the website, surprisingly the next day I logged in to my account and my order have been completely processed and immediately I received a call from Q7 telling me that my orders was ready for delivery because their branch which is in Lagos Nigerian (precisely trade fair) was a bit far from me. Iopted for home delivery which I received my orders the same day. Q7 services is a top notch and delivery was swift.

I have been using the Q7 shower since 2010 when it was in a white long plastic. In those days, the shower gel contained exfoliation and whitening. And I stopped that particular one three years ago. Its semblance is faked which flocked the market. Meanwhile, the new ones are not bad, very good. But it will be good if you can add shower gel that has exfoliation and lightening or whitening together as the former ones.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Don’t buy this q7 triple action serum. They say it has arbutin and Kojic acid on the website whereas it doesn’t. Scammers! The useless serum broke me out bad. STAY AWAY FROM IT!!
