QA replaced our bathroom in a highly professional and thoroughly timely manner. It was difficult to find one company that would do everything we needed as it involved building work to remove French doors and build a wall with similar window to match existing.

From the outset Rob & Kyle assisted us to design and provide various options to select. Time was no object and we soon decided on various options for the project.

Charlie our fitter was outstanding and built our bathroom to an excellent standard, so much so visitors stated that “it would be their dream bathroom”.

My only minor criticism would be that the follow up administration could be improved to ensure that customers receive their certification and reminding fitters to do a final clean out of areas under units before sealing them up.

Now, that’s not to say there were no issues, of course there was, but a good company is noted for their ability to rise and resolve the various challenges set before them. I can honestly say Kyle delivered with this by quickly determining a resolution to our satisfaction.

We chose QA Kitchens and Bathrooms based on their strong reviews and the fact that they are a local company (Craven Arms). From our first visit to the showroom through to completion of the work, we were treated with professionalism and courtesy. Jack, the Craven Arms Manager, took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and allowed us to make decisions at our own pace, without any pressure.
A site visit was carried out before the design was produced and presented to us, and the team were happy to discuss alternatives to suit both our needs and our budget. A second visit by Kyle, the installation supervisor, confirmed dimensions, layout and specifications prior to ordering and manufacturing the units.
Installation began on the agreed date and was completed within the expected timeframe, despite losing two days due to snow and ice. The fitter, Charlie (22), was professional, personable and clearly dedicated to achieving a precise, high-quality finish. He regularly checked that the work met our expectations and suggested small improvements to enhance the layout and appearance. He was also very tidy, leaving the work area clean at the end of each day.
Communication throughout was excellent without being excessive. Before the work was signed off, Jack visited again to ensure everything had been completed to our satisfaction and that we were happy with the final result.
Throughout the entire process, QA demonstrated that they are a professional, reliable and customer-focused company. We would not hesitate to recommend QA Craven Arms for bathroom installations.

We had excellent service all through the process of having two difficult bathrooms in small spaces redone.
We found QA in Wolverhampton, given it's prime location and easy parking. Shaun looked after us - visiting us and redesigning two really unusual spaces - redoing an old downstairs cloakroom and converting an upstairs loo into a shower room. Shaun sourced all the Victorian/Edwardian style items right down to the paneling and appropriate radiator valves. Our builders, Jordan and Adrian were challenged by the age of the 1920s house and did an excellent job. They respected our property, putting in temporary floor coverings amongst other things, conversed at every stage with us, were extremely polite and were a delight to have in the house. The house was left immaculate. Shaun called in on a regular basis to consult on anything we needed or required to change as these were not straight forward bathroom refits. He was always at the end of the 'phone for anything else.
More importantly, we chose Shaun and his team as from our first meeting we were confident of their high standards and that QA provided all the contracting facilities under one roof; they took responsibility for the whole job, and if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Shaun had assured us that the after-service care would be there and it was! We didn't look any further for a comparable company for this reason, and the quote was reasonable and everything explained - no hidden costs to jump out on us later.
We are delighted with the finished products and have no qualms with recommending QA with Shaun, Jordan and Adrian to taking on the quirkiest and the most difficult jobs.

After two months of vague promises and minimal progress from another company, we turned to QA at Craven Arms for a complete bedroom en-suite renewal — and the difference was night and day.
From our first meeting with Designer and Showroom Manager, Jack Sparkes, we received three fully costed design options — complete with 3D renderings and product visuals — in just over 48 hours. That level of responsiveness and clarity sealed the deal.
Installation was completed in nine working days. Connor, QA’s multi-skilled installer, coordinated the plasterers and electrician with precision, delivering everything exactly as designed and on schedule.
A couple of minor post-installation issues were swiftly resolved by Kyle, QA’s trouble-shooter, who ensured everything was finished to a high standard and that we were completely satisfied. His professionalism reflected the consistent quality we experienced throughout.
QA at Craven Arms delivered what others couldn’t: clear communication, thoughtful design, and reliable execution. Highly recommended.

I originally went to Ironbridge Interiors for my fitted bedroom but after several incorrest measurements and bad design ideas I decided to switch to QA .
Best decision unlike Ironbridge Interiors the whole team were brilliant from start to finish also the whole project is in house which is very reassuring .

We had a bathroom fitted about two years ago. Great attention to detail and fantastic tiling on a wall that was old and angled.
We used the Shrewsbury branch, and when we had a grouting leak recently, they came out and fixed again at no cost. Good firm to do business with.

I visited QA Showroom at CRAVEN ARMS and was immediately impressed with the quality the displays . I knew exactly what I wanted, and Jack the Showroom Manager was able to assure me my new En Suite Bathroom would be hand crafted and
installed to my exact specifications. He was extremely helpful, and talked me through the various options. I decided on dark green cupboards and drawers , and the most expensive sanitary wear and shower, as I was trying to create a luxurious effect. The Designer Kyle visited my property and measured for the new Bathroom, he was highly experienced in Bathroom Design and provided a most realistic 3D Image from every angle of the Bathroom. Having accepted the Design and Cost of the project a start date was decided about three weeks away. On the day of commencement a skip was delivered to my property, and John the Fitter arrived at the appointed time. John worked diligently for two and a half weeks, working to Kyles design and plans. John was the greatest bonus to this project, his attitude in Customer Care is exemplary, he kept me fully informed throughout ,and his skills and workmanship are of an extremely high standard. QA should feel themselves very lucky to have John in their employ, he did a first- rate job, and was amiable and respectful. There are of course downsides to having a new Bathroom, the whole of the house seemed to be in a state of upheaval, there was copious amounts of dust, which seemed to settle everywhere,this seemed to be unavoidable. QA Bathrooms are NOT a cheap option. If you want quality of goods and service and workmanship, there are the Company to use, reliable and trustworthy.
I would certainly recommend them , and I shall use them again for other projects.

Q&A helped plan and fitted our new wet room and downstairs toilet. They even installed a new electric circuit board. Everything from the planning to the fitting was done professionally. Ross listened to our ideas and offered his thoughts which were invaluable. His patience was evident as we changed our minds several times during the planning stages. Jordan the fitter was friendly and did a marvellous job. Rob the boss assured us he was only a call away which was reassuring.

The finishing is excellent. We are very happy and would highly recommend Q&A.

Kitchen design and installation.
Finalising the layout took several sessions. Gradually the design evolved with very patient input from QAKitchens who proved to be good listeners as well as guides. There was a wide range of choices of both units and worktops and we have been very pleased with the end product.
Choosing units and layout is the first hurdle and installation the second. This was done to a timetable set out in advance and then executed day by day with no surprises. One very solid piece of work was the result .

We are delighted with what has been created and the reaction of subsequent visitors to the room speaks volumes. We have ended up with a space that is both functional and welcoming. Bravo QA Kitchens.

Excellent service right from planning to the final fitting.
We felt we had a personalised service and nothing was too much trouble. Everything has turned out exactly as we wanted. Matt was so professional when fitting and the job was completed quicker than expected. He was a good tidy worker and the job didn’t encroach on the rest of the house. Really satisfied and will certainly use QA again.

Great service from start to finish. Ross gave us great ideas; planning, designs, colours, tiling, layout; all made real on screen. Fitting all completed to a very high standard by John who took pride and care in his work throughout. Complete bathroom with shower and fitted units, tiles and flooring all looked absolutely fabulous. Cloakroom also completely revamped with fitted basin, units, walls and floors. My bathroom has been transformed by QA Kitchens & Bathrooms Madeley. My experience overall has been fantastic. From my initial meeting with Sophie who assisted me with my design. She went the extra mile to ensure l had the design of my dreams. Nothing was too much trouble even though l changed my mind several times, friendly and professional at all times.
From Day 1 of my transformation Steve the fitter was exceptional! Every step of the way he explained what was happening. From removal of the old bath, fittings and tiles (done with the minimal of mess or disturbance) to the installation of a walk in shower,new fittings and tiling he went out of his way to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, nothing was to much trouble. He is a perfectionist and a master of his trade and a credit to QA Kitchens & Bathrooms.

We had two bathrooms that needed renovating. Rob worked with us on the design, which included new walk in showers, other standard fittings, lighting, tiling and flooring. Agreed on designs and a date for starting. We were kept well informed throughout the design process and up to the start date. On the day the project started a young man named Charlie arrived. He was very professional, polite and very skilled in his trade. He completed most of the fitting, aside from the plastering and electrics. Excellent young tradesman. He cleaned up at the end of each day and ran though what would be happening the following day. My husband was working from home and Charlie was very accommodating if my husband asked for a 15 minute break in drilling if he was on a call etc. The two bathrooms were finished on time and we are very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend this firm.

Wow, just wow...we love our new bathroom designed and fitted by QA. QA have been brilliant to deal with and it feels as though we are part of a big family. The service is second to none.

We were so pleased with our WC refurbishment last year that we decided to use QA to refit our bathroom. Our dream was for a luxurious, modern, quality family bathroom which also incorporated a hand built walk in shower suited to my needs as I have progressive Parkinson’s disease. This required discretely built in shower seating, hand grips and a drying area and flat entrance to the shower. We also needed built in niches at two heights and shower controls that were safe and easy to use in the drying area.

Practicalities aside we wanted glamour, and Ross from the Madeley showroom designed a stunning interior with a free standing bath and beautiful cabinet with a sit on basin. From the initial meeting with Ross we worked together to create a sumptuous design. Ross really understood our vision.

Our installation team, John and Phoenix were painstaking in their attention to detail and overcame many unexpected issues to deliver an amazing bathroom that looks exactly as we envisaged. The completed bathroom is stunning and meets our expectations and more. John and Phoenix were a pleasure to have in our home.

Rob and Alan took a personal interest in us, and Alan was brilliant at overseeing the installation, responding quickly and efficiently and resolving any problems. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have now commissioned QA to design and undertake major works to convert a garage and existing kitchen, dining room, utility and other areas into a large open spaced kitchen, dining area and family room with a downstairs shower room. We were surprised to find out that QA could undertake such large projects unlike other bathroom and kitchen installers, but have seen amazing examples of work undertaken by Rob and Alan and although this is a large project we’ve been advised that it will only take 8 weeks.

QA are fantastic to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble. We are looking forward to working with QA again and have no doubts that the downstairs project will go well and be delivered to a very high standard. We can't recommend QA enough

We have a lovely new bathroom! Everyone we spoke to either in the showroom or in our home were professional and polite, patient and explained everything to us. Our bathroom fitter, who we saw the most, was especially good, and very tidy. He kept us up to date with the progress of the project. Our experience with the whole process was very good. Also good value.

A fantastic service from start to finish - from design to installation and aftercare, everything was to the highest standard. A special thanks to Rob, Kyle and Connor for all their efforts to give us our lovely bathroom.

From the design process, through to completion of the kitchen fitting, QA made everything very easy. We liked the fact that QA plan and do everything for the project except the painting. Everything else, they sorted for us. Everyone that came to see us were very professional and clearly took a genuine interest in making sure we got the kitchen we wanted. And we have. There were some snags after they left, very minor issues, which were sorted out. Overall a very good experience.
