Unfortunately the original set of lights was faulty. Linda Betts could not have been more helpful . The printed return label arrived within seconds, the new set of lights was dispatched almost immediately. They arrived a day before the anticipated delivery. Wonderful service, much appreciated by a customer who wanted them for a party on the Saturday night!

I put my string of sunset lights in my fireplace. Fantastic glowing effect just what I wanted. The first set didn't work but a replacement was posted straight away.

I received my cotton ball lights within a couple of days of ordering. They were very well packaged and came with a friendly thank you note which was nice. The lights are very well made and look lovely in my bedroom. I also like the fact they can run either off battery or USB and have a timer.

I strung up 6 sets of the sunset 100 micro lights in my garden, they create a lovely atmosphere & look fabulous. I would definitely recommend this company, their friendly helpful service was faultless.

Bought some christmas lights from QBIS. Unfortunately they arrived with some not working. QBIS were excellent at resolving the issue, offering a replacement, with all postage sorted, no quibbles, and very quick. Kept me informed all through with a friendly customer service. New lights work superbly and are great - just like QBIS - great company who built some solid trust with me with the way they operate.

Bought a set of 1200 micro lights soft white they are perfect for our new gazebo they look really good and even in daylight are bright.

Just received micro cluster lights, they are bright with a warm glow. Looking forward to them being wrapped arpund the gazeebo, they have the most cisy feel to them.
