All I gotta say is Lisa

All I gotta say is Lisa, fantastic manager in the cromer store..... I went there today to swap put a newland hand scanner... and Lisa was on the ball.... she even offered me a cup of coffee whilst I was on-site....

Other stores take note and follow this stores lead example.....

In response to my recent poor review on here, the customer service person who gave me the original dreadful service. Repeated the experience by not reading my reply she requested and fobbing the issue off with the same quality of service. I am not sure why I thought it would be different!

qd Clacton won't exchange it or refund us.
please help I emailed QD online and no reply.
this is poor service.

Goods arrived damaged

Goods arrived damaged, packages inside box were leaking. Customer service did not offer apology and it was my responsibility to return the goods packaged correctly in order to get the refund! Very Poor Customer Service

For any damaged items, we always offer to arrange a free collection, provide replacements, or issue a refund based on the customer's preference. Customer Service team don't exist??

Customer Service seems to be non existent. DPD crashed into the wall when delivering parcels from QD stores and DPD tell me I have to complain via QD Stores. I've called the number on the website multiple times & just had the line disconnected, I've made contact through online chat twice and no one has got back to me, I've tried the email address on the website and it is out of service. If you use them just pray that you don't need their help after spending a load of money with them because they don't want to know!

Customer service department

Twice I have ordered things on line for my elderly mother in law twice I had issues trying and contact the customer service department yesterday they reply to your email quickly but there help and advice is awful.family store it may be but through no fault of mine had issues with second purchase so bought in the end £25 cheaper on Amazon

Bought a Solar Buddha Water Fountain…

Bought a Solar Buddha Water Fountain and I Love it!!
It was reasonably priced, easy to set up and looks so sweet in my garden.

I love QD, I forget how much until I pop back in and always end up spending far more than I intended too! 😆

For the Halstead store

For the Halstead store, five stars. I've had some rotten experiences in shops lately. The Co op pretends you get a meal deal, then with a trick of the choices and the way they come up on the receipt, you still pay "arms and legs". In Sainsbury's, the women chat and ignore a customer who is waiting for help. In Solar, the under staffing is drastic (how do they carry on?) But in QD last week, an assistant hurried to the till when she noticed the queue began to form, rang up my items, and kindly pointed out that I have a voucher to use. Just helpful, as they all should be, but since they aren't all like that, she really stands out!

Dreadful shop

Dreadful shop, their receipt states” return goods within 30 days for a refund” this is a lie as you will get a “ credit note “ once bitten twice shy never to frequent this awful shop ever again.

We ordered 4 milan dinning chairs

We ordered 4 milan dinning chairs. On the website it says preassembled for your convience. It took 2 weeks for them to be delivered , for me to come home to find 2 huge boxes of flat packed chairs. After getting a bot as customer service and no reply from the real thing . I spent 3 hours building and leveling the chairs not easy ! Chairs arent bad . QD you are
Sort your website . If i had known they were flat packed i could of saved 20 pound a chair on another range.

Wow a good idea that’s gonna go bad top-flight security very disrespectful. Wow.

Wow, I don’t know if it’s a sign of the Times but for years I do a lot of traveling throughout the state some nights I’m a pull over at the QT and I know I’m going to be in the city tomorrow nearby get a nap horrible experience Dallas highway Loop 12 408. You don’t have a problem with me by hundred dollars worth of fuel, I was informed by very rude security officer that I couldn’t sleep there overnight and then he was gonna write me up for trespass. Wow have a patriot as a customer. You don’t have a problem I just don’t need a hotel tonight. I’ve got a pull out of here very early , you have signs all over that say safe place it’s not what you do. It’s how you do it. Very very very rude officer, top-flight security disrespectful you guys are asking for trouble this situation could’ve very easily got out of control beating on my window like he doesn’t. Have a good sense talking to me like I got a tail disrespectful and I won’t buy another nickel of your gay ass or would I patronize with any company you don’t appreciate my business Mark my word you guys have been going up now are you coming down dignity and respect I don’t know if you know or not this is a Dallas Texas not the state of Georgia. It can go very bad for you here.

Perfect score for QD Stores.

I have just bought a number of 110 litre plastic boxes. Based on incredible value for money I tried QD Stores. I found online ordering very straightforward, communication of the order from QD and the delivery company DPD excellent and the order received very promptly. So for this order I wouldn’t hesitate in giving QD Stores 10 out of 10.

Not quite the result I wanted... but

Found an item I was looking for at half the price elsewhere. Paid for and delivered smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately the item delivered was not as shown on their (and others) webpages. So I asked for returns procedure. Very quickly received reply to my email. They asked for photos of the problem and I was swiftly given a refund and told I there was no need to return the item.
Not exactly the outcome I wanted but QD acted quickly and with minimum inconvenience to me.
So I'll donate said item to a local charity.

Rude.

I wanted to buy a heated clothes dryer and I am disabled. .can you help me to my car please? I was parked in the car park opposite..no sorry unless you move your car next to us we can't so I walked back to my car (very painful) and moved my car next to them even though there is temporary traffic lights and nearly impossible to back out
I went back in and bought the drier (last thing I will ever get from there) can you take this to my car please.. no we don't have enough staff

Trying to make an order

Trying to make an order, it says online that I can click and collect from a store. Thank goodness I called the store before setting out on the hour's journey. The store said they didn't have it. 5 calls and 2 hours on hold and didn't manage to speak with anyone.

Amazing service

Amazing service, Great value!!! TBH I've never heard of QD before but came across when I was looking for Pringles advent calendars. Amazon etc are all ££££ but QD popped up, much cheaper, even with posting. Excellent communication from ordering to delivery - recieved within 3 days of ordering - and nice follow up email checking all ok (clearly automated but I appreciated the effort). I was very impressed. It's so easy to just use Amazon on repeat, but I'm pleased I checked around got a better price and arguably better service.

Had to write a review!

Never/rarely leave reviews for websites but I often check trust pilot before ordering from a site I've never ordered from before. All the reviews weren't that great. However I've had completely the opposite experience. I ordered a set of 4 plastic boxes initially, before ordering a further 8 once I knew everything was okay. I received confirmation of my order extremely promptly. Not long after I received a DPD tracking e-mail ahead of it being dispatched. Then updates from both DPD and QDstores saying when it had been dispatched. Both times having ordered in the morning, I paid for express delivery and received the items the very next day. Exactly what you would expect to happen, however the reviews lead you to think otherwise. Very happy with the purchase and experience! Boxes are great and great value.
