Quadrant Leisure Qfit Gym Avis 

I have been using this gym for over a year and it is perfect.

Local, good people who work there, and I have transformed myself in the year I have been going.

Has everything you need to get a workout in, if it does get busy it can be frustrating with the lack of equipment but you just jump on cardio until something becomes free.

Can't say enough good things about this gym.

My son recently completed the gym sessions group that was on in the half term holidays. He really enjoyed it and is excited to use his pass to come again and put everything he learnt into practice. Thanks

I really enjoy going to this gym , I work with a Personal Trainer once a week and have now started going to the Ladies class on a Friday and really enjoy that, my confidence is so much better now I never was interested in classes but this is so much fun everyone is so friendly . I have lost weight and gained confidence since starting the gym !

I have previously left a review but wanted to leave a revised one. I have been coming for a few months now and can definitely see a difference in myself. I wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else. Both my daughter and daughter in law come here and initially both were unsure about going but I can definitely see a big difference in them both too. All the PTs are very knowledgeable and supportive. Poor Dave has to endure both me and the daughter in law. Highly recommend this gym. Anyone thinking of going- do it !

The staff and Gym are great, Very helpful plus its nice and quiet, perfect for someone with anxiety like myself.

On Saturday, my partner and I attended an induction session with Charley, and it was wonderful! Charley introduced us to the various machines, demonstrating their use and how they could be tailored specifically for my health needs as a fitness beginner and for my partner, who frequents the gym regularly.The facility is well-organized, easy to navigate, and pleasantly uncrowded on a Saturday. All the machines were well-maintained, the volume of the music was just right, and I didn't feel self-conscious despite being the largest person there.Having been to several gyms before, I've often felt intimidated, but that wasn't the case here. Charley explained the different classes and membership options in a friendly manner without any pressure. This gym has a welcoming community vibe, dedicated to offering the best options for individuals regardless of their abilities or circumstances.I'm planning to enroll for a membership along with my mom and am excited about becoming a regular visitor!

This is a fab gym, truly “community” everyone is friendly, you can workout chatting or just keep to yourself. Staff are well established & trained for great friendly 121 sessions. A good variety of classes & pricing is very competitive with various ways to pay. I’ve been a member here longer than any other gym! Go on give it try,

Relaxed atmosphere in the gym and the persons attending are of a range of mixed abilities. The PT is supportive and knowledgeable. Never thought I'd attend a gym but this one has certainly provided the confidence to do so

Me and my friend attended a padwork aerobics session. It was just what we were looking for, excellent workout, Dave pushed us to our ability, will definitely be booking another session.

Been going to Pilates classes and Dance Gold for about 6 months now.

Everyone really friendly, met lots of different people. Staff very friendly and supportive.
Enjoy having a cuppa and a chat in the cafe afterwards.

My partner and I had an induction here on Saturday with Charley and it was fantastic! She showed us all the different machines and how to use them, plus how to adapt them for me as someone with health issues just starting my fitness journey and for my partner who is a regular gym-goer.

The space is well laid out, accessible and not too busy on a Saturday which was nice. The machines were all in good condition, the music wasn't too loud and I didn't feel self conscious as the biggest person in the room.

I've visited a few gyms in the past and found them to be intimidating but I didn't get that feeling here, Charley talked me through all the classes and membership options but didn't give the "hard sell" at any point. It seems like a lovely community gym that wants people to have the best options for their situations and abilities.

I'll be signing up for a membership along with my mum and look forward to being a regular attendee!

I have been attending 2 classes a week for about 3 years now. The Active 50s and Dance Gold. Both are specially designed for my age group and are really popular. A lot of the members have been going as long as I have and we are a fabulous friendly group. The instructors, James and John are fantastic and make the classes fun and enjoyable. The social aspect is great as well as after the classes a lot of us stay for a coffee and catch up. I totally recommend anyone to go along and try out some of the classes to see for yourself how friendly and fun they are.

I wasn't sure if I would be able to do the exercises in the balance and strength class due to osteo arthritis in both knees. However, I was encouraged to try it out by friends who attend. I'm so pleased I "bit the bullet" as my knees actually feel better after class. I know I have 2 replacement operations due next year and I have been advised that it is imperative to do the exercises that will be given to me. I also know that attending Qfit classes will obviously help with my recoveries. The class and instructor are friendly and supportive.The encouragement to do what you can and try your best is omnipresent. Thankyou.
