Qlisol Avis 6

I purchased a qlisol jan 5th, the box says jt-88 neck massager not Qlisol, I have problems with it.I e-mailed the company 4 times on no response, this is a scam and want my money back.

They sent me the device, and it was defective, dangerous to use. The box was damaged on arrival. I tried to contact them via email and their website multiple times asking for a replacement or refund, no response. By the time I filed a complaint with my CC, they changed their return policy stating that I had to ship back to Hong Kong and once they received it, they would refund. Well,it costs more to ship than what I bought it for. Absolute scam.

I have not received my order. The tracking showed it was returned to sender. I am requesting for refund but until now nobody is responding to my emails.

Same exact experience as the gentleman from March of 2025 (last month). This is a scam. This is a sham medical device and I fell for it out of desperation which is really pretty sad. Do not buy this device. They can only be reached by email and when you want to return their crappy piece of junk they disappear with your money.

Qlisol appeared in my Facebook newsfeed - a lot! As soon as i purchased the device, no more ads.

The device arrived, it did not have any benefit for me. In fact, in my experience, it made my neck worse.

On the 4th of March, 12 days after the device was delivered, i emailed Qlisol support to request a refund as per their advertised refund/returns policy.

To date, no replies.

I remember that there were many great reviews on the Facebook ad posts - i am now doubting their authenticity. I also read a review on Reddit, which, again was wonderful, and so am casting the same doubts with regards to this too.

Note that the actual device and packaging has no reference to the brand 'Qlisol'... which, of course, is concerning in, and of, itself. I am wondering if this is someone who bought the devices on mass and are selling as a trusted brand - nothing wrong with that per se, but this can be misleading - it seems as though 'Qlisol' are the manufacturers and have a vested interest in it's design and development.

I am please to see that someone else has started a Trustpilot page for 'Qlisol'. I will, posting the Trustpilot link to their Facebook page.

The email address i used to submit this Trustpilot review, is not the same as the one used to purchase the device.

UPDATE: just been to the Qlisol Facebook page and commented with the link to the Trustpilot reviews. The tried to submit a Facebook review, to find: 'something went wrong' - with any searches of 'Qlisol' returning no results.

Total rubbish , no reply from customer services after several e-mails. If you return you pay the international cost of postage. Dont buy!!
