With this extremely stressful situation, his calm demeanor and knowledge on the subject made me feel more calm and safe. For the following checkups (one which included removing a dead mouse!!) Haroon came to resolve the issue and disinfect the house and made us feel more at ease. I would trust them with any issue in the future, over any other company.

Contatcted this company after experiencing unwanted mice in my flat.
They picked up the phone immediately on a Sunday which was great and we worked though a time to mouse proof the flat which I believe has worked.
I had an initial survey where pics and videos were taken to explain problem.
Their bill was fair in comparison with other companies and I have a guarantee for a year. Aata worked with me with regards to options and costs.
The men that came to do the job were efficient and courteous. Happy to have them in my home.
3 weeks now and no mice in sight!

I found Quick Pest Control on Google and contacted them in an emergency at 8pm due to a rats problem in my house. Within just 20 minutes, they arrived, and in less than 3 hours, they had solved the issue flawlessly. I have a phobia of rats, and I was extremely anxious, but their team was incredibly kind and reassured me throughout the process, explaining every step with professionalism and patience.

One thing I really appreciated was that they sent me photos and videos of each stage of their work, keeping me updated without requiring me to get too close. At the end, they provided me with a full report, both from the initial intervention and from the follow-up visits, which continued for four weeks to ensure everything was under control.

I can’t recommend Harry highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he provided outstanding customer service and immediately put me at ease. I was feeling really stressed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, talking me through each step of the process. His calm and professional approach made a huge difference.

What really stood out was his attention to detail—he took thorough photos and videos so I could fully understand what was happening and what steps were being taken. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence and making sure I felt reassured. He also showed great flexibility, working around my schedule for follow-up visits, which made everything so much easier.

Since Harry came in, I haven’t seen any mice activity at all, which speaks to how effective his work is. On top of that, he has such a warm and bubbly personality that made the entire experience much less daunting. I delayed writing a review out of superstitious fear that the mice would come back, but I think I'm safe now! QuickPest were wonderful, I needed a couple of visits as the mice were being wily, but Haseeb in particular was really patient and knowledgeable.

Haroon and Quaim came to our property while we were having a mice problem, every time we saw a mouse whether night and day they were available and came anytime we called, they were great and helpful, very attentive and left the areas clean and tidy, they were very informative and punctual. 👍🏼

Mice in the kitchen. Called about 5pm and they arrived around 6:30. Spent a while doing a thorough investigation of the entire house, and gave a flexible quote which wasn't pushy. Two other lads came the next day and spend many hours doing a thorough job. They also came back the next 4 weeks to check and monitor. We also got an 18 month guarantee if we spot anything.

If you want a premium service, and don't mind paying for it, go for these guys. I'm sure a random bloke could do something cheaper, but probably nowhere near as reliable and professional.

By the moment we found mice at home, we’re terrified. Especially for us, whom from Hong Kong and get used to zero pest and super hygienic environments. The time is very early in the morning, we googled the company name they are the only 7x24 pest control in Eastbourne, they reacted to my call immediately and arranged Harry to come.

Harry is super patient and potential, more important he comforted us the moment he arrived and settle down our nerves first.

Then he checked the site thoroughly, in half hour, then explained the whole situation to us in another half hour! And he didn’t hard sell anything to us! Even gave advice how to save money by cleaning the site ourselves.

After we confirmed the job order, he worked from 12pm to 330pm, which postponed his lunch. We offered him some food but he insisted to finish the work first. Super impressive on this.

All in all, very satisfied with the company, especially Harry’s work, attitude.
