I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough! We have told all our friends and family who have already entered/are planning to enter and we will definitely be buying more tickets for future competitions!! Thanks to everyone at Quality Time!!

Wow! I won the trip to Lapland or the cash alternative! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been entering on and off for a few months and was so surprised when I saw the email from them! I had missed the live stream this time so came as an incredible surprise. I chose to take the cash. Communication was amazing and money was in my account a couple of days later. I recently won a 5* strip to Ibiza! Couldn’t believe I won it as I’ve been entering competitions websites for YEARS and nothing!

Great communication through out, quick responses to my emails! Have a bit of personal thing going on at the moment and they was very understanding and gave me the time to make my decision. Ended up needing to take the cash and payment was very prompt!

I absolutely couldn't believe it when I found out I'd won! I had an email the following morning asking if I wanted to take the trip or the cash alternative. I went for the trip!! All the bookings were made within a week, the team are incredibly professional and in constant communication to get everything sorted for you. I have used and won/lost with a lot of competition sites over the past few years and the prizes and odds from Quality Time are genuinely top notch.
Ok so I won and am writing a review, but not for that reason - I have also lost many times with them too !
I couldn't make the dates of the holiday I won and they were very accommodating to try and help me with other dates. In the end I actually took the cash alternative which was paid in full promptly.
I do like the draws with QT which are quick and straight to the point....no faff or boring chit chat like a lot of the sites as all we are there for is...have I won.
Recommended.

I have won a few times since playing with Quality Time, from the main prize such as holidays to smaller prizes. All have cash alternatives and get paid usually the next day.

This was my first time entering and I won an amazing trip to the Maldives or £7000 by buying two tickets .
I chose the money and a day later the money was put in my account .

I just won my second competition and it was a holiday to Crete! I actually took the 2.5k cash instead, I won last night, they emailed straight away and the cash is in my account already this morning! I have been participating in these competitions for a few weeks now. They are great prizes and often voted for by the customers in a poll. I couldn't believe it when I won the choice of a holiday to santorini or 1.5k last night. I received an email straight after the draw with communication about which prize option I would prefer and have received my prize today. Excellent competition site, prizes and communication. I decided to try Quality Time after my daughter had won twice with them—and I’m so glad I did! I was lucky enough to win a hot tub, and although I was offered a cash alternative, I chose to take the hot tub instead. The team was great—really easy to contact and kept me updated throughout. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

I’ve recently won a walking pad. Got notified about it by e-mail and the prize was smoothly delivered a few days after. Good customer service as Jo was quick responding to my e-mails and very helpful.

Nice easy to use website with an mix of prizes and odds are pretty good too - came across it on Insta so was a bit cautious in case it was a “fix” but happy to report it’s definitely genuine!
